HVAC Technicians love tools, here is my HVAC tool bag set up and must have tools for the daily grind to make HVAC life a little easier. I attempt to keep my bag as light as possible. I like to keep a combination of tools that are used on a daily or weekly basis so the bag set up is not overloaded. Some notable tools...Knipex, Wera, Testo, Yellow Jacket, Klein Tools, Wiha, Supco, Channel Lock

Gary may i make a suggestion , and maybe add a little plastic container for wire nuts and stakon terminals.

For sure Mike! I've had plastic and they broke. I like a little nylon zip up bag these days if I carry in the pouch!

That is a nice size bag, I have the veto XL but found its way too easy to overload and I started having shoulder problems, now I mainly use the small veto electricians pouch and it carries mostly everything I need

Great bag & tools 👍 I have the MCT as well, along with the MB2. Veto is the best hands down. Thanks for sharing & keep up the great content bro 👍

Nice setup, so I seen a video several years ago someone used PVC pipe and a cap to make a holder for zip ties, I used a 1/4 one and it fits perfectly in my tech MCT. I did like you but now I love PVC way better. Just a thought

Those ryobi flex bits are a must, but I get less than a year out of them then they break. They're worth to keep buying

If you don’t want your drill to hit the floor, you could hang it from the strap’s D ring on the other side. Opens up the tape measure clip if you need it and keeps your drill from smacking the ground. Cool setup!

The other option is to thread a couple of zip ties through the fabric tunnel that fix those big D rings to the bag...you can either form the zip ties into a loop and hang the drill off those, or use the them to fix something else to hold the drill...I have fixed a CLC Drill holster to my Veto TP LC using the same method and the set up works really well with my Bosch cordless....

I can't afford it. But I'm very pleased with my kobalt electrician tool bag which is similar to the CLC 1509.

Great video. I recently retired from the trade. Moved from SoCal to Utah. Where do you find Wera tools? Have a great Thursday evening. God bless.

Hey blud nice tools , where do you keep your pressure and temp probes for troubleshooting and maintenance though ? I struggle with the fact that we need so many dam tools even for the simplest tasks , I work on chillers and water heat pumps and we are required to verify transducers and temp probes calibration every single time , which means carrying around all the gear , on top of a laptop and cables etc . Also they want us to leak check with the electronic every single time , so you have to carry around the detector on top of that , sometimes a refractometer too ... so on and so forth. I'm breaking my back just from carrying the everyday tools around and I'm yet to find a long term solution, any suggestions matey ? Cheers blud appreciated mate 👍

I would tell the boss to quit micromanaging and let you do your job. shut the stage down and equalize, verify high and low transducers are the same, same goes for in and out sensors, then there's just the pipe sensors to be checked, both sensors rarely go and if they do you'll tell immediately that the system isn't running right. refractometer is unessary. If you keep records the approach will be effected by high or low glycol
