I have a 30k in March. The farthest I've run is a half marathon, so this race will be outside my comfort zone. Wish me luck!

These videos are always such a treat for workout motivation and meal inspiration, especially with this one coming out at the start of a new week! 😊🔥 My goal for 2025 is to get back to running, building a strong base and to run a sub 2 hour half marathon, after being injured for most of 2024, main goal is to to stay healthy. Also stopped tracking calories, to focus on fuelling for performance in the new year, and I want to include more fats in my diet + eat more evenly spread throughout the day, as opposed to eating too much for dinner 😁🔥

I just ordered the supercomp elite v4 NYC edition. I love the NB supercomp trainer v1 and started using the v2 trainer. The NYC edition looks so pretty I can't wait to get it!

I'm training for a half marathon on 01 March! What scares me about it? It's my 1st half in SIX years!! I have an A, B, and C goal for it. My A goal is to finish happy and uninjured, my B goal is a time goal, and my C goal is just to finish. I know some would say the time goal should be my A goal, but that would put too much pressure on it and I'd feel like I had to prove something and I learned a long time ago that I do not enjoy running when it's to prove something!

Working with a nutritionist to get my cycle back so we can start trying for a family :) I ran my first 50 last August, but throughout have struggled to fuel properly. Ideally would love to still incorporate fun mountain adventures and maybe a 30k during pregnancy, but we will have to see how my body feels and ensure I'm fueling properly

Doing a half marathon around May 24th. Initially my goals was to do 1 hr 30 min time but I will adjust as necessary to match my current pace and fitness. Scared of losing my period through over training and under fueling.

I am gearing up for my first marathon in 10+ years this November. I am getting back into running after a decade of mostly strength training. Ramping up to the marathon by doing a bunch of 10ks and a trail half marathon in the first half. Biggest fear with this current training block is that my lack of access to trails (I'll only be able to get 1 long trail run in every couple of weeks) will hamper my half marathon performance. Another fear is that my body won't be able to handle the mileage, but I am counteracting that with the slow ramp up throughout the year.

I love cashew things as a substitute. I make my own cashew butter weekly, it's super easy! My biggest goal this new year is to publish my birth stories book, and to complete a big equipment upgrade purchase for me and my husbands tree service company. I sometimes feel scared of putting my stories out there, but I know they will help others. I sometimes feel nervous putting everything we have into our company, but I know we are an unbreakable team and we will succeed. My fitness goals don't scare me, they are my meditation and keep me able to live this active life physically and mentally

I’m hoping to loose about 50 lbs! I’m down 10 lbs so far and in a week I’m going to bring back in clean food. I’m doing a smoothie cleanse right now :) I’m also working out and would love to get back into jogging once I get some weight off first! We would love to get pregnant but even if we don’t I still need to get pregnant I have two kids to get health for!
