You're 100% right about that, and as you saw the one-way bearing in this particular engine is quite unique and incorporates a TURBO style fan. Let's hope it works after cleaning and re-assembly.

I really liked this video! ...and what you say at approx 1hr25min. You are a good teacher... and I would say, the most unifying person on line, in this part of the industry. hey bro! Always happy to see you one here! Im currently cleaning this hyper 21 engine and just ordered some high temp copper gasket maker for the backplate. Need to make this truck a runner! One problem after another though recently. All good though and its part of the process. Congrats on the channel gift membership again bro.
