Hey everyone! I know I said the next video would be on knee pain, but I said a while ago that I would make a muscle up video the next sunny day, and this past Wednesday was BEAUTIFUL. I'll get out a video on it ASAP. Maybe a short one and then a longer one in a few weeks? The muscle up can impress your friends but it's much easier than it looks when you have the technique down. You CAN learn to do it slowly, but this makes it a strength exercise instead of a power exercise. I think of muscle ups to pullups the same way I think of clapping pushups to regular pushups. Please respond to this if you have any questions about it! I'll try to address them. Hope you're well :).

I cannot currently do a muscle up because I only have a pull up bar on my doorframe (not enough over head space) and because of COVID I cannot go to any parks. But I’m sure I can do one, just need to get the technique down.

Thank you for this tip bro, next time I edit this I'll make sure to do a muscle up. Edit (3/08/21): Yowwww, I finally did a muscle up. But I don't know if it counts as I did it on a bar just right above my head. Originally, the bar I was doing my pull-ups is very tall so I guess it's a matter of height?? Oh well, I'll just train hard to ultimately do muscle ups regardless of height.
