ഞാൻ ജീവിതത്തിൽ ആദ്യമായി ഒരു ബിരിയാണി ഉണ്ടാക്കിയത് ഈ വീഡിയോ പ്രകാരമാണ്. പറഞ്ഞ അതേ പോലെ follow ചെയ്തു. അടിപൊളി.. വീഡിയോയിൽ കണ്ട അതെ texture mutton cook ചെയ്തപ്പോ കിട്ടിയില്ല. കുറച്ചു lighter colour ആയിരുന്നു. ഒരു പക്ഷെ ഉള്ളി കുറഞ്ഞിട്ടുണ്ടാവാം . Thank you. Loved it.
