Awesome build and look forward to the progress on the lower part and I already own a press, I can appreciate how much work it is to build your own! I made some mods to mine that have been a game changer, I'd be glad to share with you if you wanted to incorporate them into your build.

I’m definitely open to ideas. I’m going to keep this one simple at first just to make sure it works though 😂

Just found this channel and you’ve got a good thing going. Found it from the CNC a few videos back but enjoying all of the ones I’ve seen so far, keep it up.

What brand of table are you running and what size of plasma cutter

Might need a liner behind your plastic for the adjustment bolts in that slide are going to dig in to quickly i suspect. looks great and giving me some ideas.

Wow, you really have been a go getter. I wondered if you were gonna reveal that plate steel cost. My ass puckered when you just went straight to cutting. I was like please lord no mistakes!!!

It wasn’t easy, that’s about two weeks worth of work. That’s why I had to make it a 2 part video. 😀

@prestigemanufacturing2611 I can only imagine. That's a large project to commit to. It takes a lot of balls to spend that much time and money on something like that. I can't wait to see it when you get done

What software are you using for your cut layout at 1:36? Like seeing how you are coming along. Your videos give me some ideas for some smaller scale stuff I have been wanting to do. I dont have your kind of space...or cash flow yet.

I don't understand.Before i saw videos that you were selling some really good cnc machines and today you are making Diy press.Why did you sell all those good machines?What you will work in the future,doing welding instead of machining?
@prestigemanufacturingky Жыл бұрын
I buy and sell machines and I also build them. There will be plenty more CNC machine videos coming and also machines that I build myself.

@@prestigemanufacturingky Sorry,I tought that you were not interested in machining and leaving it for welding.Maybe someday we can do some automation project,I'm mitsubishi system integrator and by the way I have 3 hurcos☺️Keep up good job👍

Just found your channel. Really like the content especially the press brake builds. Interesting idea laminating to achieve thicker material. I built a press brake years ago out of 1” and had to outsource the cutting because I could only cut up to 1/2”…guess that was dumb. Interesting also using a ram that travels up. I know it’s not a new idea but until watching your video I’d never thought it makes sense until you talked about overcoming crowning. Also like your use of common materials for guides, very smart. Looking forward to the next installment of this series. Curious as to how you’ll get three cylinders to sync.
