@@PriviVlogs you can't believe after how much thesis I am yet on this STORAGE PROBLEM the only biggest drawback of hydrogen internal combustion engine automobile, which is more significant when it comes to small automobiles like bike😭😭😭

My advice to make life little less complicated. 1. Material to use to build hho kit is SS mosquitoes mesh, SS Screw 10inch, and RO water filter housing, SS mesh is the 1 we use to keep out mosquitoes connect the negative (-) wire will be connected to it, remember HHO is generated with (-) power, and positive to a SS screw depending on the lenght and size of the kit, the screw should be shielded with a plastic pipe of almost the same size of the screw or a little bit shotter depending on your requirements it needs little room for heat as the kit gets hot, the mesh can be tightly wrapped around the plastic pipe but very tightly and secured with SS clips or what ever you desire to secure the mesh tightly to the pipe so that you can achieve maximum rounds of SS mesh, and by tightly wrapping it around the pipe you can have maximum output of HHO. 2. Make use of a RO water filter to build your kit, that way the wires can be run from the bottom and sealed with clear silicone which is freely available for Rs.60/- to 70/-. After you bring the wire out from the base of the RO filter housing, 1 wire connected to the SS Screw the red positive (+) wire, and the negative (-) wire connected to the SS mesh which is wraped around the pipe, make sure it is not shorting by being or having and contact with each other, their source of contact will be the distal water. Within the RO filter housing, from the top end you can use a SS steel scrub to block or hold the water splashing around when on rough roads this will avoid any water to splash into the out put pipe running to the carborator air intake now you will have 2 out puts where 1 will be for the refill of water and the other for the HHO gas to come out, the refill 1 you can have a shut cap thats available with the RO repairing guys 90% of the items are available with those guys and the entire kit will hardly cost you Rs.700/- to 900/- max with an output of 15-20 psi which is good enough for you bike to run on high performance, 3. Once your wires are out of the RO kit you connection have to be right/correct, so you need to purchase a voltage corrector the one they use inside a 12/24volt motor it has a small capacitor attached to it for correct stability of voltage, they are SSBRU KBL06 Voltage corrector attach correctly the capacitor value 330uf 50v negative to negative and positive to positive to the output fo the voltage corrector, the input can be directly connected to any terminal wire to the battery going to the voltage connector AC which is the input. Kindly note the mesh has to be connected to the negative terminal and SS screw to the positive terminal we don't need oxygen generator but hydrogen. 4. Pls use a NRV they use in the RO filter this can also be used as a flash back arrestor so by mistake the flame connot return in the RO housing when the kit is in finction, the NRV can be attached to the output of the RO where the HHO gas goes to the airfilter of the bike or the rubber hose depends where your comfortable to fit the hho pipe to. 5. The distal water needs to be mixed with soda powder or baking soda powder 10gram with 1/2 liter water for good hho production. Then you put it in the kit before closing the cap of the RO Filter. It took me over 1 year to master and put the generator to a simple concept to make India Green and Clean, this knowledge sharing is free so pls don't make profit out of it, yes a little is ok but not like the way they cheat you online charging you 4000/- which is insane 1500/- is good enough for all the effort and parts to put it together. Hydrogen is difficult to store because it cannot be compressed... not because it’s highly flammable. Also you can run the engine completely on HHO. You need to produce more HHO to do that. For that you need a better electrolysis equipment. The equipment you are using is under rated. Well done all the best.

Hi bro , your Viedo is good but I had a doubt. When hydrogen and oxygen burn at high temperature in combustion chamber , the oxygen get high tendency to mix with nitrogen, which is present in our air. So when they both get combined it gives to nitrogen oxide or nitrogen dioxide. Which results a dangerous gas and cause high damage to environment like acid rain etc. So my suggestion is , pls don't use it without reducing the NOx.

The reaction between hydrogen and nitrogen can be prevented if you pump/spray water into the combustion chamber. This lowers the temperature in the combustion and nitrogen dioxide is not produced

@@PriviVlogs for starters on a motorcycle replaced the gas tank with a stainless steel water tank. Attach the negative line to the body of the stainless steel tank and an electrode down into it. Then hook up a hose and transfer into another containment unit and there you go
