@@My70thYear very possible. I'd get brand new seeds. Johnny's has a good germination rate.

@@My70thYear storing in the fridge is key. Spinach requires cold germination generally.

I'm sorry for the very delayed response! I had to take a break from the channel. I'm a teacher and I had major reconstructive knee surgery so I totally neglected my channel! I'm hoping to get more videos made. Hopefully in my future videos I can share some more seeds and plants that I've been trying recently ☺️ As far as broccoli leaves go. Both broccoli and cauliflower leaves are edible. I'm not a huge fan though. I think the best way to use them is to cut them into small ribbons and put them in a soup or a casserole. You can also blanch them. I've only tried once and wasn't super successful. There are some recipes online.
