Thankyou so much. I was very tense and stiff and in pain. I stretched to try get rid of it and ended up in more pain. Your moves will help me so very much. You are the only help I get. NHS and physio not helping and leaving me to suffer in excruciating pain. Happy Christmas 🎄 💓 💖

I totally relate

It was interesting when I started this I felt like I was panicking (with no thoughts, I was objective through ti just physiological response) that was tight and strained in my solar plexus. I have Fibromyalgia, hypermobility and C-PTSD and I think this is the most important piece to why PT hasn't been working for me and just leads to a lot of pain and injury. I'm really excited to keep doing this; I'm going to do it until I master the relaxation before I get into other work. The state I'm in currently is very disabled and consistently in pain. I felt like this won't cause any backlash tomorrow and I appreciate that a lot.

Thank you for another great one. I use to always reach for an exercise band whenever I feel ‘loose’ as I was so afraid that I was becoming unstable . Needless to say, I was tight and constantly in pain. I am now better educated since I started to follow you..and I’m doing so much better.

It's so hard to be soft! no pun intended! ;) thank you so much Jeannie, so helpful and I see that I have a lot of work to learn how to not "work" so much! Have a great weekend!

Hi, these videos are so great, thank you. I am relatively new to your channel, I found it after doing a workshop with Ann Rodiger, and I am still getting the “lay of the land” so to speak. It is so nice to have support and info; I used to take classes with movement educators in NY and Murcia (we zoom occasionally) but haven’t found anyone with the right background since moving to Valencia. And I miss moving with other people - how does one join your live sessions?!

Hi Jeannie. Is there a way to give Super Thanks for this video? It has really changed my life. I'm not yet able to safely do most of the movements, but the ideas, especially inviting yourself/your body to do a thing, have changed so much for me. Pain levels are down significantly. Anyway, thank you for everything you do!

You are describing my situation and my hyper toned muscles 💪 I did the pelvic release class on Friday after a chiropractor clunked my Left hip down and it went into spasm when I got home. So I laid on the floor and followed along and I felt the pain go

Thank you! Off topic - I took a hard fall today (icy wooden bridge on a local trail! ouch!), landing full body weight on my hands. Hands, wrists, elbows, shoulders and neck are all in pain...these are my problem areas on any given day :) I know I am not seriously injured, just slamming into the ground and huge adrenaline rush. Do you have a recommendation on how long I should rest before getting back to your awesome workouts? I was on such a good roll...before I rolled 🤣 Appreciate you!!!

Sorry to hear. Let any acute phase settle before you try and weight bear again or exercise again.

@@JeannieDiBonHypermobility Thank you so much!! The fear of overdoing always makes me nervous - I'm trying to listen to my body and go slower, but my brain wants me to make all the pain go away NOW! :) :) Appreciate your thoughts and all your efforts.
