Just discovered Dr Mona's channel! I'm obsessed. I love how she explains each ingredient in the product. I also really appreciate her basic tips like not pulling your face being gentle when washing & not fully drying your face!

Hello! I started following your journey randomly a few months ago and LOVE your take on health, wellness and MY fav topic: skincare. Until recently I didn’t know you were a PharmD like me. I literally screamed when I found out! I just graduated last spring and began working at a large chain retail pharmacy and feel very similarly to what I imagine you do: pharmacy needs a revamp! And I LOVE all the preventative modifications and ofc skincare tips you share! (I am a self proclaimed skincare junkie and a resource to my close friends and patients when it comes to caring for skin) I thought I was alone in the pharmacy world with these passions. So inspirational and cannot wait to continue to follow your journey and support your brand. Thank you thank you thank you.

Trimethylpsoralen (TMP) is a compound present in limes and lemons and it used for skin conditions like vitiligo and psoriasis but it is NOT safe to use it for DYI purposes or to get rid of hyperpigmentation. TMP photochemically reacts with DNA to create monoadducts and crosslinks that can cause skin to darken.

Hi Dr Mona. Thanks so much for this insightful video! Made a few notes. One of the things that you mentioned really stuck out for me was the acne breakouts along your jaw line and cheeks. I am currently experience this skin problem for the past 2 months! I am suffering with this and feel super despondent about my skin. I have invested in Dermerlogica and went back onto my birth control to aid in my problem area. I was just wondering what you did you get rid of the scars and stop the breakouts? Any natural face masks I could use while using my Derm products? Your response will be SO appreciated!!

Dear Dr. Mona, Once again I’m loving as always your videos!!😍 I got a few questions if could answer me that would be so nice and helpful. As I’m living in Switzerland, it’s not always easy to find the same products, especially the major part of what you use doesn’t exist here ( Europe ). I wanted to ask you if it would be possible for you, to make a video on different brands that does the same in skin care regiment. Because for me skin care is so so important that I would love to follow and do more for my skin as I already do. And it would be so amazing if you could do a video naming different brands for each step of skin care so that maybe we could find them as well. Also, I wanted to ask you, when using creams, serums... How often do you recommend to change the products we use ? I heard after a time, as skin get used to, it can loose the effect of the crèmes/products... is that right ? How often should we change ? Also, i hear you a lot talking about Hyaluronic Acid that you put on the face, what brands can I buy ? I don’t know where to find. Is it something I’ll have to ask and buy at a dermatologist ? Thank you so much for your time, I would love and appreciate so much if you could answer me. Sorry for my not so perfect English. Love your videos and your positive energy! 🌸😍 xoxo ( @makeupcesarmonroe on IG )
