Take it from my experience, No matter how hard you workout, unless you fulfil your daily protein intake(for bodybuilding its 1.3-1.8 gm/kg bodyweight) you don't see results at all..this guy is so fucking right.. ❤️

Yeah.It took me a lot of months to understand that.I even after starting doing weight training ate just 1g/1kg body weight of protien.And that compromised the results which demotiivated me.

@@smmamedia 1.6 grams of protein is more than enough to build muscle. Read Menno Henslmans research paper , incase you want to be absolute sure 1.8 gram per kg is holy grail for natties. Above 1.8gm/kg will have other benefits such as satiety but for muscle building 1.6gm-1.8gm/kg is more than enough. Cheers

Yes, high protein diet is not cheap. I am a student, when I observed my daily routine I saw that, I spend lot of money on things which are not necessary at all and also eat outside unhealthy food which ultimately affected my health and pocket too but after I saw your videos my mindset changed and I tried to replace my outside food with high protein food, my monthly budget did not changed much, I did not hold myself suddenly but gradually to change and now I feel better physically and mentally thank you.💚💚💚

One quick tip for all those raw whey consumers:- If you don't like the taste then buy cocoa powder(drinking chocolate) from market...costs hardly 40-50 rs for 100 gm and add it to your raw whey and a Lil bit of sugar or honey.. it'll give you the similar taste of flavoured whey! Keep growing ❤️

Can you tell which good whey protein costs Rs40/scoop? ON Gold Standard 2.27kg box costs more than Rs6500. It has 74 servings, making the cost of each serving Rs88. And this is not even the most expensive protein. The difference is far too huge, even if you get a good discount, you come nowhere close to the prices mentioned You might want to make corrections in your sheet because the prices for whey protein are absolutely wrong Edit. Protein bars also cost like Rs100/bar, which again makes your prices wrong. Did you make this sheet 5 years ago?

I think he made the sheet using the most cost-effective pricing level for whey protein. The cheapest whey protein product I could find from a reputable brand was MuscleBlaze raw unflavoured whey protein 8.8 lb package which has 133 serving for 7000 INR. Assuming each serving has 25g protein, it comes to cost of 2.1 rupees/g protein which is still slightly more than the cost per gram protein of boneless chicken breast in my city.

In simple terms, thanks a ton for breaking myths of protein and budget, yes its cheaper when we carefully consider the budget for protein. We unknowingly spend a lot of money on unwanted food rather than considering budget during that time of eating pani poori, noodles, biryani, chai and etc, but when buying protein, we think of budget and treat it as extra expenditure

It took me quite some time to come over the thinking that rice/roti/ carb is not the central point of our diet, it is one of the component. Pehle mai roti k sath sabzi daal khati thi, daal/sabzi khtm ni hui h toh aur chwal nd roti daalo plate mei jb tk khtm na ho. Is tarah bahut he zyada calories ho rhi thi. Have started counting calories and measuring the quantity of food after seeing your video. I have already lost 5 kgs just by making calorie deficit and counting calories. Exercise and increasing protine and balancing fat nd carbs will be the next step for me.

Sir is it safe to consume broiler chicken breast on a daily basis..also does it really contains 25gm of protein in 100gm o chicken breast..Many of us will only be able to consume broiler instead of local chicken which is 3x costlier
