Yes Siddharth you r absolutely correct. High palatable foods are highly engineered that you don't stop craving. I was into the habit of eating Lays every alternate days. But now it's almost a year I had stopped eating Lays. This will motivate more people who are watching this including me to carry out fat loss journey 🙏💪💪

Resistance training and strength training is the same thing. It basically means training the muscles by exerting muscular force against resistance. This can be done by different methods, for example weightlifting, calisthenics, resistance bands, etc. Agar gym join karna hai toh tumhein koi beginner weightlifting routine karna chahiye. Example starting mein yeh follow kar sakte ho, yeh ek simple full body routine hai. 4 days per week, only need dumbbells to do the exercises. Har exercise ke baad video example bhi linked hai. Repeat each routine 2 times per week in the gym. On off days you should do bodyweight exercises like pushups, abs crunches, bodyweight squats at home. Use kar sakte hain lekin fat loss ke liye uska koi faida nahi hai. Creatine lene se koi fat loss nahi hota hai. Hi mate I have been on IM and OMAD diet with high protein and high fiber for the last 40 days First 25 days i lost 9kg and everything was fine but since then i am unable to sleep properly- the most i can sleep is 3 hours and then i am up all day n night I am good with diet and taking electrolytes as well as basic vitamins Age 55 Any help?
