Okay so i have no idea if my brain was making this up BUUUUT: I was apparently a 26 year old woman in the late 1600s in Italy! I had braided, long, blonde hair and brown eyes and my name was Julia. The first place I went was a sort of market or town square and I was walking with a basket on my arm, talking to a girl I recognised as my current best friend. In Julias life this other girl was either her sister or very good friend, either way they felt very close. She also looked nothing like my current best friend (instead she had brown hair where she had braided the front parts back towards the head, and she had lighter eyes) but her name came to me right away. We we're both middle-class so to speak. After that, I hopped to a scene where I was one of three woman standing around a bed. It was nighttime now and a woman on the bed was giving birth to a healthy baby girl. I took the baby and washed her, and I got this overwhelming feeling of joy and couldn't stop thinking about how beautiful and perfect this little baby was... I then jumped to another significant time in Julias life where I was very pregnant and saw two children, a girl and a boy, playing with toys on the floor of my home. There was also a man there that I recognised as my husband. I felt very safe and happy there too and I think that I recognised my sister as one of the children playing on the floor, although I couldn't tell which it was. What's super strange here is that I always have payed a "mother figure" to my sister, so it fits in with me being her mother in another time. And then finally, as I went back to my current body again, I clearly felt the words "Love yourself the way you love others." So there ya go! Sceptics: give it a try and keep an open mind. It's pretty cool even if it actually isn't real :)

I'm about ready to try this! Michael I listen and keep an open mind on all different types of your meditation THEY WORK! Omg! whether it's for sleep, anxiety, PTSD, and social anxiety. Aww but wait, I listen for chronic pain as well, can't forget that ! Your voice is amazing. All I remember listening to is the beginnings. Next thing I know? I'm waking up with a full 8 hour sleep! I'm an insomiac of course & I take sleep meds 'prescribed' to help me sleep. Some nights the pill take minutes but mostly hours to fall asleep. And now I have 2 sleep meds (1 my Dr prescribes, and 2 Michael Sealy meditations which is kinda prescribed by me listening and you talking me to sleep. Im excited to try this soo. If i see Pakistani princess (even tho they don't exist?) Then I'm in the wrong lucid dream! I want to b near my own cabana swimming in the clear blue water? We dont have that luxury in Boston.☝️ The really funny thing about all this my husband loves it too!! I never thought in a million yrs he would ever try this💪. I’ve done this before not this specific one but this meditation. I was a Viking when I was young I say my dad get murdered and I was about 50 ft away and I saw him he murdered. And I only remember a few other things but all I can remember besides that was killing people. There was this one time I was in a small hut and there was a mom son and a daughter I wanted something or someone but they didn’t know so I took up my axe killed the mom and the 2 children screamed in n horror next the boy who was younger than the sister and they tried to run but they couldn’t and finally the daughter who was in the corner crying and I… you know killed her

This was my first time doing this. The images and feelings weren’t very clear but I definitely saw blips of images. I was standing in the kitchen of a 2 story house. I was a young woman in the 1700s wearing short heeled black shoes, a black and white dress, and my hair in a white bonnet. I didn’t really feel any real emotions, but I could tell that I was nervous and waiting for something to happen. I kept looking out the window and pacing in the kitchen. To the right of me was a gorgeous living room with a fireplace. There was a baby, but I was otherwise alone. After some time I quickly grabbed the baby and ran downstairs and out the door into a carriage that was waiting for me and we started leaving the house down a long road.

Im 25 years old being an active meth addict and dealing with depression, insomnia, and problmens to get back to track, before listening to this video i was still high but was already coming down because of my anti deppressant and still couldnt sleep after 3 pills. My body was in pain and my emotional feellings was messed up. First time i gave it a try to do this and choose this video. It made me so relax even at the first minutes. It was very easy to follow the instructions and go with the flow. Even tho i fell half a sleep in the middle i woke up at the end when you counted to wake me up, and amazingly i was sober, feeling good, relax, happy, and full of energy. This is amazing. Im so excited to learn more and trying this more often! Btw since I was a kid until now i sometimes experience this kind of OBE episodes but never managed to the step where I can move and see my own body, always got afraid of opening my eyes :(. I had strong feelings ... This was sometime in the 1980's... Emily Scott, a young girl with wavy and almost black hair, blue eyes, and a warm smile. She worked in a coffee shop and was always outside trying to coax people into the shop. She was also good at art, but her fear and anxiety would always get the best of her. Okay so I wanted to share what I saw. So I saw myself as a girl named Vierna (around her early 20’s in age) In France. The time was around when the first polaroid camera was made. I saw myself looking at the Eiffel tower, with either a friend or my sister (not sure of a name) and she was talking about how wonderful the tower was. I took a picture of the tower, and I could hear the camera process the polaroid picture. Then I saw myself on a bridge, standing at the edge with a bunch or regret. I saw the girl that was in france with me push me off the bridge, and that’s how I died. I could feel my gut drop, and the air pushing me down. I also saw myself in a nice and brown warm household, very antique. My dad was a drunk abusive which made me depressed and to cope with it, I drew and I did art, and I was fairly good at it. He slapped me, and I fell to the ground. The advice she gave me was “Your allowed to be selfish once in awhile, and you can put yourself before others sometimes.

I experienced being in France, I had a picture of an outline of the country. I was wearing nothing and I was barefoot then next was I was wearing 17th century clothing, with socks and fluffy sleeves. It was dusk and everything was cold and weather was gloomy. I heard people ridicule me because I don't have a husband, women in 17th-18th century clothing, talking back in front of me. I heard people call my name "Martine" and I was doing well in life, they told me I was a good writer and I can get whatever I want. This was really cool. It's the first time I ever do something like this, and had no expectation it could be so powerful. I was in MU thousands of years ago. As the earth was spinning backwards the earth shrunk, the moon disappeared and the earth became straight on its axis. It was completely covered with rainforest. The climate was so wonderful. It was a compleaty different feeling there. It felt so calm, balanced, blissful, and my body felt so healthy. Wish I could feel like that here too. I was a woman, 22 years old, had long black hair, lightbrown skin and walked barefoot. The name was something like Ananda, but couldn't totally catch it. I had a pretty dress down to my knees. I felt like a princess, but then she laughed and said everyone there feels like that. She was kind of waiting for me. And we was both in her her body at the same time. She was very conscious and spiritual and doing work with energies. I was in an big open place, with dry soft dirt on the ground and some spots of green with a few trees here and there. It was many small building's of rocks that was similar to Mayan pyramids. Some in groups and some alone. I walked into one of them and it was like a grocery store, she/I took a bag of berries. It was no money there, she said as a human you are ment to have all your desires fulfilled. You are suppose to have everything you want and need. In another building some women were making clothes. She held up a dress that was for her but not yet ready. I met her mother and father and I could feel how it feels to be completely unconditionally loved and supported by both your parents. We were so connected to each other. Can't wait to do this more.

It was sometime in early 1800, I was a young adult named "M" who lived somewhere that had only a few men and women there, because I wasn't married I shared a hut with two other single women around my age, one stuck out most to me, she had long dark brown/black hair with the most beautiful smile, we were in love, but didn't wanna be banished from our tribe so we'd sneak out to the ocean that was nearby where everyone planted crops, we'd go out in our night gowns and wade in the water, splashing each other and kissing one another. I was from Italy maybe 1800's surrounded by ships, my name was chilina' I was on the dock surrounded by travelers, I was dressed in fancy clothes and seemed very well reserved. I was frightened by maybe an earthquake, and then it shifted to a bench with a sunset and beautiful trees and I kept hearing her say, do not give up and stay strong. it led me to believe to let go of my current situation which brought me anger and frustration. Idk if this is real or not or my mind just made this up, but I was living in Hokkaido in Japan it was during the early 1700's I remeber standing in front of my house barefoot on the dirt wearing a kimono as a child, my hands were dirty and I was holding something long, something like a decorative headpiece that I could stick into my hair to keep my hair in place. I remeber someone calling me, my name was Aiko but I don't really remeber my last name I started to run after the person who was calling me, I think it was my friend, after that I was in another place in time but still the same person... I was a... Doing some things with the man I loved, his name was Youta. Later on I was in a different time I was pregnant and I was saying goodbye to Youta because he was going into war. Later on I ended up bleeding whilst in the midst of my pregnancy and ended up falling into depression. I don't really know what happened after but two years had passed and I somehow managed to give birth to my daughter Tamako and she was two years old al ready and her dad (my husband Youta) came back home and I told Tamako to say hi to her father and she ran to him while saying 'papa!' and he took her in his arms and started to tickle her and she looked really happy and so did he and I and Youta looked at me and smile and so did I then I remeber reeling myself "don't be afraid to give love hope"

I was a 23 year old girl in a country in Africa. I lived in a small vilage in I think 1732. When I was younger my parents were taken away but I don’t know where to. I felt so sad and I lived with my aunt after that. But my aunt wasn’t mentally able to care for me so I got yelled at a lot. The other kids in the village bullied me for having no parents and because I got blue eyes. I got very insecure about how I looked like. I didnt have friends so i started to talk to the animals and i created a bond with them. When I was an adult, my job was taking care of the wild animals such as Lions. Remember to try to take the lesson from each trans. I’m sorry you went through a traumatic one but be thankful for the safe and happy life you have this time around with hopefully less sorrow. I find it helps to think of something that makes you happy rather than something that bothers you as he originally suggested. My name was Mary. I was 30ish living in Sweden. I had beautiful long blight brown wavy hair and really comfortable dress and barefoot. I was standing on a cobblestone street and i started to realize i couldn’t find my son. I spun in all different directions trying to see if i could find him but no one was around. I started crying and i even cried a little in real life. I was frantic. I met with myself now and we saw tons of paths to follow but you couldn’t see the end of any of them. Holy mother of God. I don't remember much info about the person I was but the things I've seen explained a lot. Things I know: I was a girl. 19 years old. Red hair, freckles, green kinda gray and blue eyes. I had a slim body and I was pretty tall or average. And I knew was maybe somewhere in year 1860 (maybe earlier or later) The first thing I saw was that I don't have any boots or any shoes on my feets. After that I felt wind in my hair and I took deep breath. The air was so so clean, I never was in a place where there could be air like this. After that I somehow understood that I have red hair. Another thing I noticed was that I was standing by the cliff. Behind me I could see big rocks (you could just sit on them) and on my left there was even bigger cliff. The grass was so green and the sky was so blue! This view was so amazing. Beautiful clean water was just right in front of me and it all looked so lovely. But...I knew something bad will happen. I had a feeling that something is wrong. Then I sterted crying (in real life). Because I knew what will she do next. She took another step and...fell. She committed suicide. It all felt so horrible, I was shaking, I couldn't breath and I couldn't calm down. And the worst part of it was that this girl was so calm?! she was calm maybe even happy? I just couldn't wait till the end of the hypnosis because I wanted to understand why and...I just wanted it to stop...it was horrible but I'm determined and I need answers. I need to know why did she committed suicide...I can't listen to this hypnosis right away after I finished because, even if it didn't sound devostating, I can't do this again. I don't have energy for that And, as I said, it explained a lot because I was always scared of water. And to be more exactly I am scared to learn how to swim. And that girl fell to water from really high... another thing is that when I'm looking down from window or balcony I feel like jumping. I feel like if I could commit suicide. My brain just imagines that I'm jumping out and I literally get panic attacks and I can't breath because I start to choke. AND SORRY GUYS THAT MY WRITING AND ENGLISH SUCKS BUT I'M JUST SO CONFUSED- Ugh...I guess I just need some time I'm still not sure if it's true. I feel like I made everything up...

Ive tried twice now, and every time when he gets to the part of floating down to earth when time reversed, I get very anxious and then feel like I'm just making up the first place. I saw myself in Spain in the 18th century but nothing else more. I couldn't get myself to see more... Because in the back of my mind I was doubting if I was making this up. Anyone else ? I focused during the countdown on how I've had anxiety trying to stay connected with friends... I've been so busy and disconnected with my own stuff. I woke up and it was dark with my feet in the dirt, I looked up and I was in a village in Africa. I was a teenage boy. My mom was making dinner and we sat and talked and joked around. I felt loved and then it flashed to a group of boys/my friends and all of us playing soccer outside. The next thing I knew I was in a truck filled with other boys and men, away from my family and friends... gun in my hand, lots of shouting and feeling like I was completely alone. Okay so i was bored in quarantine and just decided to try this. I was honestly freakin surprised that I cried while doing this. Apparently I was born somewhere in Korea, my name was Mei and I think I had a little sister since she was the one calling out my name. I lived in the time where there were still monarchs. I lived in wealth as I worn colorful hanboks. I apparently fell in love with someone who worked in the farms, His name was Kim, but I’m not sure if it was his last name. My family disapproved of him since he was too poor, and I was already set up to marry a son of a high ranking position in the government. We both wanted to run away, but the plan failed. In the end we were banned from seeing each other and I just kept crying he kept saying that “We’ll meet again, we’ll meet again” Hopefully we’ll meet in this lifetime and live happily.

wow... i've never had as much success with any guided meditation as yours. i've been going through some difficult times and i've taken to listening to various meditations on a near nightly basis, but none of them have left me feeling as good as yours. i usually have trouble keeping my eyes closed during meditations (whenever i feel like i'm getting somewhere they flutter open on their own) so i was really surprised when i couldn't open them!!! at first, when i was looking down at earth, i was drawn to europe. but then i felt a pull towards egypt, so i floated down there and found an ancient market. i had no idea where my past self was so i just started zooming through the crowd until i was drawn to the back of a hooded figure. when you asked if i knew my past self's name "aaliyah" immediately came to mind. i looked it up afterward and apparently it comes from hebrew. i had some difficulty understanding what was going on in my past self's life that was relevant to what i'm going through now, but i did notice that i was always alone, physically or mentally. even at my past self's wedding i couldn't make out any other figures. i gave birth but i could not visualize my child. in the end i saw my past self as an old woman looking right at me.

I wasn’t sure how i felt about this, but i did it. My birth name was josephine lancaster, i had a husband named Paul, and we had a son together. I was young, it was late 1800s. My mind wouldn’t let me go farther than my baby at just an infant. We lived in west virginia in a cabin, we had a garden and chickens. I ended up doing like an hour of research trying to see if i could find anyone like this. It was Josephine Lancaster and Paul Metclaff, married 1879. They had their first child in 1881, a boy named Harry. He died at 3 months, i think that’s why my mind put a barrier. I couldn’t believe i found all of that though. I visited the same past life as with the first time I did past life regression (different video). I don't remember the exact date but it was when Korea and China were one republic. He was a nobleman. I only saw glimpses of his childhood and it was more of a rush of emotions than very specific visuals. He was traumatized with something his dad did with a concubine and was overall jaded; An unhealthy view of relationships, both familial and romantic. He fell in love with an ink painting of a woman he saw in a marketplace where Japanese artworks were sold. He couldn't love real people and was very guarded. Ok so going into this at the start, when he's like think of an issue ur concerned about, and I was thinking about everything that's wrong with the world, and then I got the thought like, what If I was John Lennon, wouldn't that be cool. But then he's like something simple, so I figured now I'm insecure about my stomach, it's a bit chubby. And then it got to the issue I was thinking of initially which was my stomach. And I just started silently in my room belly laughing, like laughing so hard I was moving about like this idea was absolutely hysterical to my past life guy, He had a nice frame, broad skinny shoulders, no worries in the chub department obviously, and He just called me a silly girl. That's all I got really. I laughed a lot, and kind of realised how rediculous of a thing it actually was, I mean it was simple but yeah. As for other stuff about that life, I did have a kid with a girl, I had a daughter, just one, and she was the light of my life. I would teach her things, and yeah it was pretty nice and that's all I got. Pretty cool, definitely unexpected. the feeling of laughter was amazing, and I was smiling, the way he would smile, and belly laughing the way he would laugh.

All I can say is, I'm Elizabeth, Italian, and a painter, it's like I love art because I first saw myself in a museum looking at an image but nothing was clear at first. I later saw myself outside my house, looks like a veranda holding a painting brush, barefoot, wearing just casual rags but looks cool, I also saw a lot of flowers around my house (nature like), it was so clear that I was so scared bcos I heard someone calling out my name (Elizabeth) and I quickly open my eyes lol. I asked myself why I have such bad shoulderpains and mucelpains in general. When the earth changed I went back to what is called south america today, far back to before the mayan area. I lived by the cost of Argentina and Brazil, but I don't know were at first. When I came down I was this bearfooted, blackhaird young boy standing on a sandy stoneroad. I wore some brown dresslike thing, I saw these beautiful golden pillarlike buildings and square mud or stone houses with flat roofs. Behind it all was lush jungels and the sun and stone was warm and nice. My name was similar to "Eric" but was pronuced with sounds I don't know. As the boy I walked down to a well and started splashing my legs in it. The scene changed to me as an older boy, and now my legs were trapped in the qicksand of a shallow river. My legs were numb and when I turned around I saw a jungle of tree roots. I struggeld there to pull myself up, grabbig the roots with my hands, but my legs sunk further and got twisted. I knew I died there, somehow. I drownd while getting crushed, squesed in the qicksand. The scene changed and I saw my peaceful looking body on a soft clean bed, and thought I looked alive. I layed there for my family. When I asked myself what massage the past me wanted to tell me the now again younger boy shouted "couriousity!", he meant I should not be afraid of being courious and explore life. Then he also shouted "run!" mening something like just go when you want to go, with no fear. This really conected to this philosofical thing I belive in, and made me feel at ease and a bit refresed. When we said goodbye we touched fingers and it was relaxing. So the awnser to why I have pain in my shoulders was that I struggeld to drag myself up out of the water while dying, and is still subconsiosly struggleing to pul myself up even know, making me tensed and sore. 🙂 This was really interesting, becuse if you interpet the imeges using dreaminterpitation it means I was swallowd and paralised by my emotions and mudded thoughts (the water, and quicksand) becuse I had a fascination with my emotions (the well). This is interesting becuse I'm suffering from depression due to cronic fysical pain. The "dream" is saying the way I feel about my condition is making it worse. Oh, and I'm a blond, blueeyed scandinavian girl who gets heatstrokes all the time so it was fun thinking I used to live as a blackhaird boy in hot brazil! 😂 And I'm not gonna try and find all my spellingmistaces, sry. 🤭

Apparently my name was Magano, it just popped up in my mind and I was in Namibia. I never heard of this name in this life, and I had to research the place I was in, but it looked defenetly like the pictures I found. In the beginning I also saw that I was going to the south of Africa. I saw the scenery and a sun set. I was a young male, a child and I was barefoot. There was nobody around me but I saw a little house in the distance. As events I saw me running, a birthday of me I guess and how I lost the love of my life? The message that popped in my head was never let your loved ones go and hold on to the love.

I was a girl I believe about 16. I was living in the mountains it might have been in Sweden. I was living with an old man, but I couldn't really see wat he looked like he was just a blurry face, but I felt like I trusted him, I was comfortable around him. He never spoke my name so I don't know who I was. I was seeing the day hê told me he's had enough, and that he's leaving. I felt the sadness this girl was feeling, and I couldn't stop crying. After hê left I just saw how time fast forwarded, I was growing older, all alone in the mountains. When time returned to normal I was standing next to a tree that grew at the edge of a cliff...I was old now, and very frail. And I felt content. I felt no more sadness, I stopped blaming myself that he left, and I smiled as I took my last breath next to that beautiful tree. Alone but content. When I opened my eyes I couldn't stop crying for about 10min. I'll definitely try this again, no matter how sad it felt, I want to know more about this past life, and I want to know what my name was.

I cannot remember one life in particular. Except this very vivid memory that i was a woman. I was wearing a t-shirt and overalls and I was in the bathroom getting ready for something. My boyfriend knocked on the door and I let him in. We kissed. The moment I kissed him my mouth smiled and I felt that all over the body feeling like I'm in love with this boy. Then I had flashes of being at a parade and living in a village somewhere. But the feeling of happiness when i kissed my boyfriend was so real and so memorable that once I woke up my heart was cheerful. Kissing a boy felt so good and so whole.

i was a young girl (probably 7 or 8) with a black bob, part of the aztecs in ancient brazil. i was wearing beige and white cloths to cover my body and beige shoes and uncomfortably hot, carrying a clay pot in a market. there was a huge stepped pyramid in turquoise and dark red, and gold motifs and faces decoration everywhere. an older man bumped into me and a lady selling wares flashed me an evil glare that really affected me negatively. then i was older (late teens or early 20s) and in a romance with a man. he had blonde hair but a much darker moustache. we were dancing and then picking and feeding each other fruit, frolicking in a pale yellow field. then i get visions of sharks, it's originally in the sea but i want it to make sense so i imagine the amazon river instead. my boyfriend falls off a fishing boat and drowns and/or is attacked by a sea creature (i keep thinking shark but i don't think sharks live in the amazon lol) then the same guy is touching my sensually and we are lying down - but he is suffering some kind of paralysis and/or has a seizure on top of me.

Anytime I try relaxing and meditating, I feel extreme tightness in the back of my neck and shoulder. I think the tightness is always there, I just notice it more when I try to relax. it just prevents me from complete relaxation. And for the visualization, it's like I am watching someone doing all that..like a movie, I am not doing any of it.. just watching.

My parents were very strict and when I wasn't acting to their expectations they would put me in the dark basement with no light and there were so many spiders! They would crawl on me.
