be good to yourself. Be kind to yourself. Love yourself. The weight will fall off. I am on my journey started about 6 weeks ago. Lost over 20 pounds. Over 40 more pounds to lose i think. Still have trouble with temptations and cravings and emotional eating. Know this is what you want and know why you want it. YOu want to feel like yourself again. You want to love again. I love you and good luck with your journey my friend.

I'm not going to lie I was a skeptic at first when a friend told me about this video but I figured I would give it a shot and after 2 weeks of listening to it every night I have dropped 16 pounds I crave healthy food and I love going to the gym now and look forward to working out I have more energy than I have in a long time and I just feel so much more alive I wish I had found this video sooner this has truly been life-changing so far

soo i figured i'd come back and comment on this.. i lost 10lbs after i watched this video over the course of a month because i stopped feeling the need to overeat and started to eat healthy food and healtyh portions. Idk if it was a placebo effect but who cares! if you believe it works, it works.

both! it just helped make doing those things less difficult? You cant lose weight by only watching this video and keeping bad habits, clean eating and fitness are the only way to make a real difference. That being said, this hypnosis helped me ease into a healthier routine and lifestyle change. Mental state is a big part too, so i highly recommend this video!

Exercise tip: I keep a playlist on my phone of a bunch of my favourite songs that lasts for about 30 mins. Everyday I play it and dance to all the songs and occasionlly add and remove songs to give myself variety. It's a fun way to get some exercise and has really payed off for me.

I'm down 94 pounds, my husband is down 55. Hypnosis has rewritten our thinking about food, exercise and living healthy. We still love treats once a week or so, but not like before. There's control now, I've stopped thinking about food until I'm hungry. I start every night sleep with this audio recording played nightly in a loop with assorted other Michael Sealey hypnosis for self improvement, exercise motivation, thinking positive.... My 12 yr old son has autism and has made social and developmental leaps since listening to Michael"s Fears, Phobias & Confidence Building hypnosis. He no longer runs in a panic when he sees a dog. He's also more conversational than before the recordings. He insists on the audio recording playing nightly. Oh, Just listening doesn't drop the weight, I also speed walk 1.5 hours (my commute to work and 2.5 on days off), swim once or twice a week for a few hours, do 500 stairs a day, and recently started yoga and core toning. Can't get enough, it feels fantastic to finally be able to do this stuff without pain or sweating. It took 1.5 years a LOT of sweating to get here, but TOTALLY worth it. #1 workout tip: Play fast upbeat music while you walk to maintain speed and energize your mind. I would have bailed on many walks home if I didn't have music. Even took the bus 2 times last year because my player was dead. Music is essential! :D

I've been bulimic for almost 11 years now, binging and purging 3-6 times a day. I looked up this video so that I could stop this cycle and get to a healthy weight and WOW I cannot believe the effects just two nights of doing this have had. For 2 days now I have been binge, purge, and laxative free, and after 11 years this is a miracle. I actually feel full after a normal meal, and I don't have guilt I normally would have about eating that would trigger a binge. I no longer crave unhealthy food and my perspective on myself has already changed. I am so grateful for this video!

Going to try this for 30 days..will update on 9th Nov 2019 ..starting weight 195 pounds.. Hello everyone I have lost only 10 pounds...but amazing thing has happened ..i have been trying to have a workout regimen since last 7 years.. since starting this I found some moms in my neighborhood who have been living here for 6 years..never before it occurred to anyone to do it!! So this does work because I feel very motivated to walk to my gym ..do the weights and walk back every morning!! Good luck with your journey..

Sorry, got a new KZbin channel so I didn't know you commented. Anyways, I did it cold turkey. Immediately cutting out all sugar, soda, high carbs. I drank nothing but water. Started going to the gym and walking for at least 30 minutes a day. Some days I would "fast" and only drink water but when I went back to eating it was only 20 grams of carbs per day. Never going over that amount. The first two weeks were really hard but I was tired of being called fat and made fun of. My mindset was strong and nothing was going to stand in my way. All I had on my mind was to lose weight.

Today I ate at midnight and then drank tea. I kept binge eating while watching a series on Netflix. It’s 6am right now and I haven’t slept. I am fed up of this lifestyle. Needed a change and then searched for this video. Hope this helps . Today is day 1

This is nothing short of miraculous. In six weeks of listening to this and your other two-hour weight loss hypnosis I have seemingly effortlessly gone from a size 44 to a size 38, although it is autumn/winter and I am post-menopausal - it has to be said that after the first session, at mid-day, I immediately got off the sofa and got on my bike, which I hadn't touched for almost a year. I found the vídeos while looking for one on compulsive eating, because I realised I was using it to push down emotions of grief. I had always thought I ate healthily but this process has shown me just how much I have been overeating all my adult life, in small ways. I now feel so much more agile and well, more myself! inflammation has disappeared. It has to be said that after the first week or so of listening I began to feel depressed and had to begin dealing with the emotions behind the compulsive eating. Also miraculously, the 'safe place' in the video spontaneously became a cottage where I had spent time with my deceased brother and the memory of his presence was so vivid it helped the healing process to start. This physical wellness is the greatest gift and I am so profoundly grateful. I continue to listen every night.

​@@homesteaderfiftywmartha603 crazily well - the grief continued to weigh heavily for three years but then I felt well enough to follow up with a fitness programme and I am now really toned with a flat stomach. People comment, saying I have become young again. I feel more energetic, good about myself and am enjoying eating healthily and well. I love sports and can do them more easily again. It is so worth eating properly without depriving yourself, you will feel so much better and enjoy life to the full. I continue to listen to Michael and come back to this recording from time to time. So I started going to the gym a little over 3 weeks ago and hadn't seen any results not one pound lost until I started listening to this about 4 nights ago and have lost 4 pounds!!!! I'm so excited! I have also noticed I have been questioning my eating and snacking habits the past 2 days like going to grab a Pepsi and asking myself if I really need it and putting it back!!!!! I know it's a small start but it's getting somewhere and I like where it's going!

Dear Michael.. This really works!!! after one week of listening before bed I lost about 3 kilos, I'll never listen more than 10 minutes awake, I fall asleep with the earphones.. However I just want to say thank you for your help, I'll be listen to your videos for awhile and you help me so much to get sleep and now to loss weight!!!.. I can't believe it but really works, I see like I'm more conscious about the food, choices and I taking walks with my husband and baby in the morning.. This video (in particular) not only cured my binge eating episodes, but actually helped me gain the confidence and mindfulness i needed to set boundaries in my life. Work, relationships, spending habits, have all simplified since listening. I listened every night for a month straight, and I’m about ready to certify myself as a hypnotherapist to help other people. This has helped me more than anything else out there. Absolutely mind blowing.

For anyone wondering if this actually works, my experience is that whilst this has helped. It has of course not been the sole reason why I’ve lost over 8 stone (over 100lbs) in the last year and a half or so. BUT I can confidentially say as a previous yo yo dieter with emotional eating habits (for over ten years) that this has aided my weight loss and has helped improve my eating habits! For the first time ever my weight is at its lowest and I’ve managed to keep the weight off. I have surpassed my doctors end of year goal and although I have another 27 lbs to go, for the first time I’m confident that I’ll reach my goal by next year 🙌🏽🤞🏽

Lilly Rose I won’t lie, at first I didn’t do it in an healthy way, especially the first 5 stone (which I don’t count due to fad diets / unnecessary and unrealistic diets). But whilst I started that way, I ended up loosing weight healthily and have maintained that weight / lost more. In fact, I have lost a further 5+ stone - happily & healthily (all be it more slowly). My honest advice?; 1. Stop giving yourself a hard time and expecting unrealistic expectations. 2. If you wish to maintain your weight loss, and or continue to see progress - remember no diet can do that - weight loss is a healthy lifestyle choice that only you can make! 3. Count the calories you drink as well as what you eat; (I lost 1 stone - 14lbs alone in 1 month just from reducing my intake of fizzy drinks and nothing else). 4.I’m not an expert! Just someone who is sharing their experience and what worked for them.

Today I reached my goal weight, after 5 months of motivated effort. Thanks to Michael and self-hypnosis I lost 10 kg. sometimes I did. But I usually 'woke up' at the end when we are counted up so maybe I was not sleeping but in a deep trance. I think it is ok to fall asleep as your subconscious mind is paying attention @@SoZoft

For me it worked like magic! Listened to it only once,I have no idea what you said after the first 10 minutes approximately but once i opened my eyes at the end … i became a totally different person when it comes to the choices I make about food,sweets,sodas etc … I grew to pretty much hate them and have a very clean diet ever since…. It’s been a month and the “magic” still works and I’m down 8 kg … thank you for your wonderful work and dedication,you are simply awesome and you are very much appreciated 👍🤗 I honestly never would have imagined this would work like magic,it’s a game changer for me and for a lot of people as I see in the comments and millions of views,you are so great and gifted Michael 🙏🏻

Quietly listening when suddenly tears just started falling. I wasn't "feeling" sad or down, but somewhere, deep inside, I had tears to shed. This tells me, without a doubt, that this hypnosis will work for me. Thank you.

Me too! Was really weird. But hopeful because I gave up smoking through hypnosis (even though I was a skeptic) and I cried in that too. It’s a good sign I think!

@@designer421 I think it’s stored emotion so when we don’t allow ourselves to feel things we usually stuff it down to make it feel better with food or smoking etc to take the edge of the anxiety worry stress or sadness you feels . I remember someone saying once don’t eat something when you feel a bad emotion as you are essentially eating that emotion and storing it rather than releasing it.

I have been listening this recording for a week, I began on march 10th at 256lbs and I’m down to 250lbs this morning … this week I have noticed my self set meal times, weighed my food, ate choose healthier options, and sloooowww down when I’m eating!! It's my 3rd day listening to this and honestly, I felt changes after the first time I've listened. I don't crave food and sweets like before, I am moooore disciplined, thing I've been trying to accomplish for quite a long time. Of course, I am going to the gym. Fitness & eating healthy & mindset ! This is the key! Also, I lost 1,5 kgs (in 3 days) and I need to lose 5 more kgs! Wish me luck and I'll keep listening to this! Thank you for your amazing videos! Love them all!

I listened to this video a few times back in 2017. Lost 70 lbs in a year, managed to lose most of it and felt healthier and more energized than ever before. I've slipped a little recently and gained a few pounds back, but I also gained muscles, so it's not that drastic. I'm re-listening to this knowing it'll help me like it did all those years ago. I fell asleep in the middle, woke up when he said , "Listen to your body"...mine was snoring! As soon as this was over, I couldn't wait to get up and exercise, right there in my bedroom. Enjoyed feeling my heart rate rise. Took a little rest but I think I'll get up and do another 5 minutes or 10.

Saturday had the 1st listen. Sunday: Day 1 urge to jog/walk. Did 4 mile walk around park, indoor work out 30 min. Craved healthy foods. Went to grocers and bought green, raw veggies, honey, tea, hummus. Ate healthy! Weight 137.4 Sunday: Listen Day 2 Woke tired, but happy. After work had urge to work out. Did 90 minute in gym cardio. Healthy dinner! Weight 135.4 Monday: Listen Day 3 Happy! During work - thought about working out. Did 45 minutes in gym. Eating healthy! Weight 134.4 April 5th and Still going!! I don’t listen anymore - I stopped this past week. But, I feel great! Less hungry and very focused on health and exercise! 😍👍🏼 Weight is 133.3 I’m super happy!

I've been listening every night for one week. My taste for sugary drinks is gone. I'd previously have at least 2 sodas a day. I'm now drinking water all the time. Almost a gallon daily. First, i need to tell you a huge, deeply sincere " thank you !" Since 3 years, after multiple surgeries and treatments, i had progressively put on weight and did not manage to loose it. For the first time, i loose weight. Listening to your Hypnosis about twice or three times per week, i lost 4 kg / 8 pounds in the last 4 weeks ... It just changed my way of eating, it helps me stop eating rubbish food if i have any cravings and i really loose weight. Thank you, thank you ... this is amazing. This is the very best , first ever managing to REALLY make me loose weight .

I have been going through depression and usually eat less then 1 meal a day but I was still gaining weight. this helped me not only loose weight, but​ I am eating regularly and it is all healthy food.

absolutely life changing. I woke up today feeling good and saw sweets and didn't even want it. I have PTSD and for once I felt calm through out the day. I felt like I was in control and wanted to change my life for the good. I'm eating healthy and exercising. I will be checking my weight on top of everything I'm starting. I decided to add this to my routine and it kept me on track. I highly suggest for anyone who maybe does a week or two of dieting and working out, and just gives up after awhile. Maybe bc you don’t get fast enough results or maybe bc you don’t stick to anything. But this really changes ur mindset about eating and working out. It will Inspire you. And teach you how practice having control of ur mind and body. But if you let this way of thinking get ingrained into you mind you will see long lasting results! And actually have the lifestyle change you’ve wanted for years.

This video is crazy! I've only been listening to it for the last 4 nights and my appetite has strangely decreased!!. I'm usually one for binge eating in the evening. But I've been feeling full after dinner and not needing a snack at night time. Haven't weighed myself yet as it's still very early days but I've definitely noticed I haven't been craving as much food in the last few days as I used too. Xx

Previously, I had convinced myself that looks don’t matter. That I had to watch all your videos just about spirituality and never about appearances. I thought that by watching this I would be arrogant for wanting to look skinny for others opinions of me. But I get now that you have to love ALL parts of yourself, not just your heart and spirit, but also your face and your body!! It’s important to tend to your psychical needs so you can grow spiritually ❤️ I’m really happy that I have come to this realization and I’m excited that I am losing weight!!! 😉

This video is absolutely impressive. I’ve heard this for a month and a half and I’ve lost so much weight, even when I’m eating “sweet cravings”. I really feel great of fit in my old clothes again! Blessings for everyone giving a chance to this video!

Wow my mindset is completely different. I now go to the gym basically everyday and run for 30 minutes every morning. I’m also a lot more confident and love myself immensely.

This is very effective. I am choosing healthier alternatives when I purchase groceries. Growing up my mom always made me hurry, I am not in a hurry any more, I washed dishes and pots and pans. @@anslayin6575 a few years now. I can sleep anywhere, and have really gotten my life together. Consistency really helps, and having a routine w it. I always listen at bedtime and sometimes during the day. (Now, if only hypnosis could cure a hang over! ) For the weight loss I've listened for about 4 months and I'm down over 25 lbs w 5 to go. But I'm back in school now and listen to one that's for memory way more than the weight loss. But I'm the only one I'm my class w a 100% so far in anatomy and physiology, so something is working!

I haven't seen a lot of people tell us their results. So I'm going to do mine Starting Weight: 130 Day 1: I woke up feeling not hungry but ate anyway Breakfast: oatmeal with blueberries. Lunch: Wasn't hungry, I don't know why but I just wasn't. Knowing me I would have eaten all the food in my fridge already. Dinner: an avocado sandwich Day 2: I was a little more hungry so I ate more but other than that I ate less than I usually do Day 3: forgot to listen to it but will do today! Day 4: didn't listen Day 5: I listened to it and no gonna lie did feel a little hungry so I ate some cereal. I walk 2 miles every morning, around 7AM or 8 (it varies) I felt motivated to workout so im starting to do Chloe Ting Workouts. I'm doing the 2 week shred along with the 25 day hourglass challenge. I am a very stressed person. Always stressed and emotional, if it´s anger, happiness or whatever. After litening to this I feel more relaxed then ever! I often have headaches because of two brain tumor surgerys but the head ache disapered! I hope it will help me with my overweight and even if it does not I will keep listening to this :)

This recording changed my life. I did need to lose weight, but I had been struggling with grief and a total lack of motivation to do anything. After just a few sessions, I had my real self back. Food makes us feel good, it is like an internal hug. It is coping mechanism when we don't feel loved and lacking self love due to being raised by narcissistic parents. There is a big hole in our souls and until it is healed by facing our pain, learning who we are, and accepting and loving ourselves, need to overeat will not go away.

This hypnosis is amazing . Ive been working out for months barly able to finsh my work outs i start my work out regime with meditation today i heard this video . I had the most energy i creased my reps in addition to i could barely finish 3 miles on elliptical today i did 5 miles and i could of continued but i got a lil scared of the increased energy i couldn't believe it im here sitting writing this and i have the euphoria. And im looking foe things to do simply amazing ❤

Ok! New Update!! Still listening Saturday - Monday.... tomorrow I’m officially 1 month and I’m down to 131.2 lbs. So, I’ve lost 7!lbs in 1 month!!! What!! If anything, I feel healthier, have the urge to be more active and eat healthier. I’m a pretty solid person, but we all need a boost sometimes. This has worked personal wonders for me. Best of all - it’s private; meaning I do it at home, while I sleep and there’s no pressure. 😃👍🏼⭐️💥 So far / so great! I’ll check back in after 30 more days. Wish me luck!!
