Sarah, thank you so much for amazing meditations! Please, make a hypnosis for women in perimenopause and menopause because you are the only one who addresses the root cause of the issue. And so many women suffer from hot flashes, excessive sweating, weight gain and belly fat, painful sex and no sex drive, mood swings, swollen body. I am certain that with a hypnosis like yours hormones can balance and women will stop feeling their lives fall apart. THANK YOU!❤❤❤ P.S. I keep on listening to healthy weight hypnosis every day. My body started to change for better even before the weight scale showed it. In less than 3 weeks, I look so good thanks to your hypnosis!

This meditation is Amazing! I’ve been listening to this for almost a week and I have lost 3lbs! I cook with so much love and joy now.... what’s even better I do not snack on sweets like I used to and being true to this meditation... now I truly understood why these negative habits took place.... so I told my young self “U R LOVED AND U R THE LIGHT “ All be well on your journey in bettering yourselves... NAMASTE🙏

This is not where I thought this hypnosis was going to go! This was simply beautiful and exactly the healing I needed. My childhood wasn’t the greatest, so going back to that house was hard, my memories so vivid! Recalling such fine details about that house astounded me. The (unexpected) tears were silently falling but your calm voice kept pulling me back, keeping me grounded. Then to open the door and see that small version of myself and hear her, really hear her and tell her all the things that she needed to hear to feel safe... this was so powerful for me. Thank you 🙏🏼

Thank you for this meditation. I've tried many before that didn't work. This one brought me back to a memory I had forgotten, it did make me cry, but I believe that was a release. It was a block that was holding me back from believing in myself. Just what I needed. I will continue with this everyday. My body has an excess of 80lbs that I will be able to release now. ❤❤😊

Sue here….Have enjoyed the 7 Day and 4 Day Journeys recently and have listened to this particular video many times…and in the process of listening again for the 21 days suggested. I struggle with weight loss and feeling overwhelmed. I find I need to collect my thoughts to truly gain control of this…for I know and truly believe that is what it takes to succeed. I find so much of this meditation to be extremely helpful….and quite honestly, ALL of your videos are life changing as long as I make a conscious effort to make meditation a daily practice. I have meditated with you for many years but just not steadily. I am making this a promise to myself, to better myself, and to be healthy for the rest of my days. This is so important and it’s a shame that it has taken me so long to figure this out….but, as they say, “Life gets in the way”….Well, it’s time to make time. Thank you, Sara for all you do😌

Does Okibetonic Secrets really work? I notice lots of people keep on talking about Okibetonic Secrets. But I'm uncertain if it's good enough to lost a ton of weight.
Good Morning! I wanted to remember to write on here because I always forget! I LOVE ALL of your meditations that I have watched! I SHARE them with everyone that I know is open to it and many that aren't LOL THANK YOU for your Integrity and your commitment. I wanted to tell you that this particular one that I am writing on or typing on has been very interesting. I initially checked it out to lose 10 pounds or so to find that the hypnosis alone is so healing in such big ways that everyone should listen even if it isn't for weight loss. I'll get a little personal so that I can explain. As a child I had a dying parent for 7 years of the 9 years that they were part of my life so I can say that there was a lot of anxiety, unknowing, and tons of fear etc. Although losing a parent at 9 made me grow up pretty quickly, not by choice but by circumstance. I have to say considering everything I have always said I had a great childhood. I felt love the entire time. Although now through this meditation and visiting with my younger self, (like it says in the meditation 2-8 years old) which was very emotional. I was able to pass along the messages that i needed to hear. For example "don't be afraid it's okay" and others that I won't go into; but they were just more of the reassurance message. I did want to share that even though in the meditation it has a specific age, my latest meditation had me speak to my 12-15 year old self and that too was so healing!! Having a dying parent was very isolating and alone even in a big family and this meditation filled a lot of that empty space. Thank you for all your work!! OXOX

Thank you Sara for this hypnosis it is amazingly healing. After the first day, I tried to relay the experience to a friend and she was moved to tears. This is my 7th consecutive day using it and I was amazed at my recall during the session. As a child we moved a lot and during the hypnosis I sometimes recalled a different home but each with the same emotional experience. A totalling freeing experience involving the sub conscience mind and I'm already experiencing the intent of the hypnosis. Thanks for all your awesome mindful meditations

Hi. I just listened this meditation at Spotify and it's a different level meditation for me. It really triggered me in a good way. I have listened so many weight loss / body image meditation but this one is in another level that I literally experienced sensory manifestations while listening the suggestions as if it is really being embedded in my mind. I saw flashes, I've felt being whirling while listening to these suggestions. 😱❤️It was astonishing and intriguing how it affected me but I opened my eyes intense and motivated and surprised as well. Kudos! Thanks a lot.

Your hypnosis is life changing. It was after the second session that I remembered a memory of my life when I was only one year old that is linked to my emotional eating. My mom and grandma used to overeat me every time I cried without knowing that I cried because I had food intolerances. You helped me stop my emotional eating, get back my normal weight and feel calm and happy. ❤

I know this video is old, but I’ve been underweight my whole life and all I currently want in life is gaining weight, being able to love myself, and not feel different or ugly because of what my body looks like. I currently feel like no one could ever love me like this. I have a lot of mental health issues And one of the things that really makes it worse is being underweight, not wanting to be seen in public or meet new people because of what I look like. I feel so different and ugly, compared to others my age. I really really want to start listening to these, but I have ADHD and severe anxiety, and sadly I can’t stay still and calm for very long. Is there any way you could make a shorter version of this, or maybe you or someone else in these comments know a shorter version of this? If so I’d really appreciate a link, Cause I haven’t found one that’s shorter and I’ve tried and tried but I just can’t seem to stay still for this long without my body twitching or getting tic attacks. Thanks in advance

When taking people back to their childhood it would be best to know what they may have been through as a child. Expecting them to use the situation is even worse if they have been through trauma of any kind. You need to know your audience to make the assumption that all was well siring those years.

I had trouble with “knowing when to eat” at age 2. My older brother, when I came home from the hospital, repeatedly tried to snuff me out by crawling in my bassinet. My mother never breast fed any of her children . There were 8 from 1949-1960. When she pulled him off my face, and I could finally get a scream out of my mouth, my mother shoved a bottle in my mouth to shut me up. Think how bottle fed babies are different from babies who bonded with their mothers.

It can be harmful for those who have passed some traumatic experience in their childhood. Inviting people to come back there can be retraumatizing even if you say "you're not reliving it". Just saying it can be not enough.

@@TheMindfulMovement rather than saying that.. isn't it good to make suggestions about how people could use those parts of the hypnosis more easily? So far I can't see you've really responded practically to anyone's concerns. I know my childhood experiences have impacted on my weight and I have nearly finished 3 months of EMDR for its impact on my sleep. I chose the 2nd time to make the space a safer one. Home is not safe. In trauma there is no "past". I appreciate the affirmations at the end. Good to listen to people who have not been listened to and give them positive choices.

While some might find benefit, I did not. The commentator speaks constantly. I just find the constant talking annoying. I have listened to a few of the mindfulness movement videos and I know it is a guided meditation but it feels as though it is purely so Sara can talk. Saying one thing after another so the brain cannot comprehend one thing before it is moved onto the next comment. As others have said, if you have unresolved childhood trauma it is neglegent to put a person back into that trauma. Don't do this if you have unresolved childhood trauma you maybe triggered. There should be a warning at the beginning of these videos.
