Looks great. But for some reason I suspect a Sixth Sense type twist where BEN is the only one hypnotised and doing crimes while THINKING he's trying to stop crimes and his daughter is trying to pull him out in the real world. That's why he keeps seeing her photo. I'm just crazy...

This looks exciting. A mind-bending thriller and it says online that it's just around 90 minutes, which could be perfect for this material. Robert Rodriguez is a fascinating director and very intriguing for him to get tonally more serious after directing Alita: Battle Angel. Fun video.

Alice Braga has to be her daughter from the future where this has little bit of that "Tomorrow War" vibe to it. It is for sure a modern neo-noir type story with an all star casting even with the likes of Rorschach himself Jackie Earle Haley.

This looks wild and I’m here for it. Love Robert Rodriguez! I had the opportunity a few years back to interview the aspiring filmmakers from his show Rebel Without a Crew (including the actress in this trailer that was on the bench next to William Fichtner oddly enough!) and they had nothing but amazing things to say about him. I’m excited for this Affleck/Rodriguez combo.

First of all, SXSW really isn't a good meter for a good movie. For the simple reason most people screening movies at SXSW are drunk or high. Secondly, this movie is ripping off an episode of The X-Files. The episode was called Pusher.

Saw it last night and let me tell you a few things. 1. This trailer is extremely misleading 2. However the movie moves at the same pace and with the same character development and depth as this trailer 3. It is an absolutely awful dogshit movie worst of the year easily. It's was actually hard to comprehend how it was even possible for it to suck as much as it did. One of the worst movies I've maybe ever seen and I'm seriously not kidding.

I foresee Bragga's character being his daughter, and he is the only one that sees her because she is only in his mind. The couple of scenes where she interacts with people is actually him doing it, i.e. Tyler Durden/FIght Club.
