You probably would have done better by saying she would see you as "Bruce Willis", or some very well known international celebrity that a young German would certainly know of. She knew you were important, but she clearly couldn't say who you were. She was a phenomenal subject, and you showed that even with her not speaking perfect English, the rapport was built, and she responded to your suggestions. A fun variation to try with someone who doesn't have English as a primary language would be to tell her that when she opened her eyes, everything you said to her would be in German, even though you would be speaking English. She would be amazed at how you suddenly "learned German!". Keep up the great entertainment.

You’ve probably entered the REM (rapid eye movement) stage of sleep. This means that you’ve relaxed to the point where your body has fallen asleep, despite you still being conscious (it’s actually a method of lucid dreaming called WILD). It happens to me and it’s definitely distracting, but you kind of just have to ignore it. 👍
