Honestly if they are losing sales, it’s on them for making a product that doesn’t suit the buyer’s needs. Brands that deserve sales are ones that make products in the purpose of helping their buyers instead of seeing them as cash cows. Sure it helps some people but making compromises isn’t truly in the best interest of the customers

I think an underrated thing about this video is that it shows that even an objectively bad skincare routine doesn’t make your skin look terrible immediately. Hyram has some redness, but he doesn’t break out right away or develop wrinkles just from using bad products. I hear people say all the time that the St. Ive’s scrub is fine because they use it and their skin doesn’t look bad, but we have to remember that you only really see results from skincare in the long term, and you have to consider whether your routine is keeping your skin healthy for years to come, not whether it looks better or worse in a matter of days.

Gabby Ketchel i am in no way a professional but through trial and error and learning from people who ARE professionals, my best advice would be keep using the moisturizer, and im not sure if ur using their foaming cleanser but that ones great for oily skin and the serum. along with a spot treatment, either benzoyl peroxide or salicylic acid. only use the spot treatment at night!!! for the serum, start by only using it at night everyday and if u feel like its helping start using it in the morning as well. probably just a gentle cleanser moisturizer and sunscreen for mornings. i hope this helps!

at first, i thought st. ives was absolutely life changing. it instantly got rid of my blackheads (or so i thought), and my face felt so smooth right after using it. after a while, i noticed that parts of my skin (often on the forehead) always stung and i realized that there were tiny scratches on it. i thought i scratch my face in my sleep, but turns out it was the scrub. after a while, my skin got so irritated and red as well. i didn't break out or anything, but my face was always just so dry and red after using it. i had oily to combi skin (leaning towards oily). now switched to cosrx and i no longer use physical face scrubs, and it's amazing 🥺

If your new here 1: We Stan the ordinary, the inky list, youth to the people,cerea VE,krave beauty, and Paulas choice. 2: We dislike Mario badescu, clean and clear, most of neutrogena products, most of tatcha products and other brands who use fragrance 3: fragrance is a BIG no. It can can cause many problems like irritation, rashes, pimples, acne and many more 4: Mario badescu sprays are just fragrance in water m💧 5: makeup wipes do more harm than good ( for your skin and the environment) 6: double cleanse if you wear makeup and or sunscreen 7: chemical exfoliating is way better than physical exfoliating 8: everyone’s skin is different 9: everyone needs to moisturize even if you have oily skin 10: use what works for you 11: fragrance is fine in a wash off treatment but not on a leave on treatment like moisturizer, surum, essence etc 12: be gentle with your skin 13: natural is not always better 14: sunscreen is the most important part of a skin care routine and should be used after everything else 15: eye creams are just expensive moisturizers and are not necessary , just use your regular moisturizer 16: our enemy is st. Ives apricot scrub😳 17: diy skincare is a no, most of them use essential oils (which are just as irritating as regular fragrance) and any of the good benefits that you could be getting from the ingredients are most like lost when you cut the fruit or vegetable open 18: enjoy yourself while doing your skincare and think of it as your you time 19: try to recycle ♻️ your empty skincare containers 20: a good and simple routine should have 4 steps,cleanser(this includes cleansing balms, oils etc), exfoliate, moisturizer, and the most important of them all, sunscreen. Hope this was informative. Tell me in the comments some more things I forgot

@elberethvarda4 жыл бұрын
@@gabbyketchel6523 Hi! As the other user said: best thing to do is asking Hyram, but in case he's busy I'm gonna try to provide some help. First of all, your products should be suitable for your skin type. Hyram has a lot of informative videos that can help you determine that together with fantastic recommendations. :) I THINK you would want non-comedogenic products if your pores tend to clog and if your skin is sensitive avoid fragance at all costs because it could also trigger undesirable reactions. (I could be wrong, so please check Hyram's content, he's wonderful! You can also Check Dr Dray(dermatologist) and the Muffin Lab(scientists) in KZbin if you want to get more perspective. They are also wonderful.) Now, the most important thing to do: make sure of adding Sunscreen in your day time routine! Sunscreen is going to be your best friend through this journey and the one step you're not allowed to skip. The sun is very damaging for our skin if it's not properly protected. :) And don't forget to apply all products in the correct order. I think this is it! I hope I helped a bit. I might be wrong so please take this comment with a grain of salt. The one thing I'm 100% correct about is the sunscreen so PLEASE add it! Have a good day and enjoy this journey. :)
