Hey! Go for it. Your only against yourself really. No one really knows where anyone is. Look for a hyrox simulation . Practice the stations in the gym. Start with a quarter of measured distance on everything, and build slowly. .. or join a class ,you'll be great. My first simulation was, 1hr 56, 1hr 42, 1hr 38 , doing my first official one in Hamburg next Friday! We're coming from Ireland. Go for it!!🎉🦾🦾

Great thing to have in calendar, at least your training towards something if you get me. Top tip, it's 52% running, be consistent with the running, speed session, tempo session, and a long run at a slow pace..it'll happen!
