Many of my friends are Sikh and I have done a lot of research on Dharmic Indian religions and how "Dharma" unites them.
@mahamad97458 жыл бұрын
@Abhinav Srivastava .. Hindu is the geographical identity of sikhs. First of all you should understand that Hindu is not a religious identity. Hindu is a geographical identity. Hindu is a persian word coined by persians to identify the people living between himalayas and indus river. All those people who were at the east side of sindhu/ indus river were called Hindus by persians. Also Hindustan was always a land of seekers, It was never a land of believers. seekers are those people who accept that we dont know the truth and they continuously seek for the truth.. while believers are those people who assume that they already know the truth because its written in their holy books Now if you have understood the above then you will understand that Sikhism is a wisdom of this land or Dharma preached by Gurus and not a religion. .. Please do some research to understand the difference between Dharma and religion. This is why Sikhs are part of Hindus because they are people of the land too.

You never have an idea about how close Indo-Tibetan relationship before China invaded Tibet after that. I think you are born baby about all that long history. India and Tibet have been sharing whole things culture to food and clothes. And yes to your question, Tibetans are fighting with China, not only for Tibetan. If Tibetan only want to fight with china for their own benefits of commercial and just political, I think they needn't fight that hard and sacrificed that much lives of Tibetan with that world super power nation. Tibetan can shut up and follow Chinese order and take all advantages as all other minorities get under its rule. You won't have an idea about how much money Chinese government offering to minorities for build business and interest-free loan. Do you believe they are offering more than 1 Crore INR to each family who is obedient to their order and just kept silent, but no, they are not silent under this types of financial aid. Becuase their goal is not just for Tibetan, it is for the world and especially for all over Asia. If you can't understand just learn about only the Brahmaputra.

such an intelligent talk by the Dalai Lama... Just listen to him... he said education will change the world, not religion or praying or meditation. He said think about the humanity not my place, my community, etc. Not for once he said that convert to Buddhism... Thats the power and honesty of a true leader.

If you carefully listen to the entire interview, you will find out that the interviewer's questions are full of negativity. Not a single question that she has asked is about promoting positive values, education, equality or anything. She is more interested in asking than listening. However, these negative questions were rightly answered by logical and positive statements.
