Thank you for taking on my suggestion for Kayn's voicelines! I appreciate the time and efforts put into making this reaction content. Thanks also to MoP! I should also thank you for the shoutout, although I'm not really active on KZbin as I was in the past. My channel mostly has League voicelines videos and a little bit of game highlights haha. It shows you did your research before jumping in the voicelines, you knew most of Kayn's story. How tragic his childhood as been, being sent as a child soldier by Noxus to invade Ionia, taking advantage of Ionian's unwillingness to kill children (weakness). One thing everyone should know when listening to these, is that they were made for people playing Kayn in the game, League of Legends. They don't really tell a story or showcase Kayn's thoughts, they are there to sell ''how cool and deadly'' the Champion you're playing as is. In game, all you do is kill the enemy team over and over, so he may appear a bit more evil if you only take the voicelines into account. In the Lore, Kayn works for the Order of Shadow under Zed, they kill to maintain peace in Ionia, or kill their enemies (Noxian invaders, Jhin, etc). One bit that might have confused you, was the separation of the voicelines. At first, you get both Kayn and Rhaast talking to each other, that's before any side takes over. In the game, once you've dealt enough damage to enemy Champions, you can chose a Form. Blue for Shadow Assassin (Rhaast dies), a fast & squishy version of Kayn. Red for Rhaast (Kayn dies), a tankier, bloodier version of his kit. You can look up a video showing both transformations really quickly if you're curious, it looks great! 😆 Finally there was references to actions you would do in-game, such as placing wards, getting a Pentakill, buying items, respawning, etc. SkinSpotlights covers this in depth, I merely added them in the voicelines to be inclusive. 😄 I hope others will enjoy this as well! And once you dive into the Alternative Universes stuff, I hope you stop by and react to Kayn's Odyssey voicelines! They're widely known in the League community as one of the best VA voices for a Legendary Skin. There was a whole Event that lasted months around it. That's all from me, for now! So the thing about Kayn is that he was released as a darkin before Darkin were retconned to be fallen ascended. That being the case nowadays he is considered as the weakest darkin just because Kayn is still there. In old darkin version there was only aatrox and rhaast so we didn't know how taking over the host worked - now all of the darkins took over the hosts in a matter of seconds as seen in Legends of Runeterra so Rhaast having problems with taking over Kayn makes him a chihuahua among the darkins

The first voicelines video is split into the different in-game phases Kayn has. First both are alive, then you choose to turn into either shadow assassin Kayn (blue form) or Darkin Blade Rhaast (red form). In these forms, the other one dies to the other, so that's why Rhaast says stuff like Kayn is dead or how he missed killing stuff by himself Check out the wiki page for the next champions (the lore wiki page, not the in-game champion stuff wiki page), the relations and trivia sections at the bottom have cool facts that you may not find in the champio bio or story because sometimes they're references in other champion's stories. kayn and raast have that "venom and eddie" vibe sometimes, others they are at odds with each other very badly, oddysey kayn have some funny lines too

Kayn can decide, when he levels, if he become taken over by Rhaast or become a Shadow Assin thing.

I would really love it if you react Kayle & Morgana special interactions and also Mihira (their mother) lor voice lines too both Aspect Ascendant and Aspect of Justice Mihira. They have such a cool story and great voicelines with one another.

sometimes you would hear kayn when he becomes the shadow assassin talking to himself and trying to speak to rhaast but rhaast is already gone. to explain how kayn works : Kayn is the person, Rhaast is the darken who is sealed in the scythe. in game, you choose which path kayn takes either rhaast takes over kayn's body and mind or rhaast gets consumed and becomes just a weapon and kayn becomes the shadow assassin.

Well most champs just dont have voicelines that are very interessting, I for example also dont think Kayns are nearly as interessting as most of the others she has done before.
