Hello, Gabriela, hello Noah! Great job, of course. My question for you: What is the name of the ball I see in your training video at 3:20 minute. Can I buy it in Europe? I want one for my granddaughter for warm-up training :)

So if any of you want to try, this is Gabi's workout. Easily one of the hardest physical challenges I've ever done, and it makes you respect the pros' grind even more. Try it on your own and let me know how it goes for you! Morning Mobility and Yoga: - 20 mins stretching focusing on hip mobility, legs and shoulders - 20 mins of yoga to get your mind set for the day - 20 mins dynamic warmup to get loose before morning run Running: 2 mins sprint, 60 second rest x 10 ~ 30 mins total Warmup (20 mins): - Lateral movement with tennis ball and reaction ball - Shadow swings - Fast feet into sprint - Reaction ball catch - shoulder stretch with bands - ball toss 1st tennis workout: (90 mins) - Cardio/endurance focus - ground strokes and patterns Off court fitness (Circuit Training - 60 mins): - Goblet Squats - Lunges - Pushups - Tricep Dips - Clap Pushup (to failure) - Hip Rotations from Plank Position - Spider Crunch (obliques) - Fast feet or some explosiveness exercise 5 Circuits Total Warmup (20 mins): - Lateral movement with tennis ball and reaction ball - Shadow swings - Fast feet into sprint - Reaction ball catch - shoulder stretch with bands - ball toss 2nd tennis workout (90 mins): - Tactical focus - Serve +1 practice - Volleys - Technique Make sure to stretch and cool down after!

... I mean get your muscles warmed up, do some squats and some light shuttle runs and assorted shuffles and arm warm ups. but playing the tennis at 100% is really the workout for tennis lol. how to warm up for serve?, stretch the arm do some slow serves.. I guess if you only get the court for 1 hour you will have to get to other fitness shenanigans.
