This has been proven time and time again through lawsuits and violations against humanity from these huge, corrupt mega companies. He was under a completely different metabolism, with healthier metabolic function. The numbers in his bloodwork reflect perfect health. As reference ranges for mainstream numbers are done on unhealthy, overweight, metabolically ill subjects. His bloodwork is perfectly fine. So lets not spread misinformtation.

This guy reading bloodwork is driving me nuts. If you brought him on to just bait more people to comment its working on me, lmao. Stop wondering if the carnivore diet which is known to be one of the least inflammatory diets there is, is causing the inflammation. Stop trying to rationalize it saying it's this or that then suggesting adding more inflammatory carbs to solve it. Stop the supplements. Stop the constant snacking. Have full meals with breaks to digest the food in between. Stop the sweet shakes and mainly stop the dairy. Dairy might be technically carnivore, but do not have anything dairy besides maybe butter or even better, ghee. Dairy and the shakes are what's causing the inflammation, guaranteed. Especially if you have it with carbs. I used to have horrible ibs even on keto until I cut out all milks yogurt and cheeses. Dont just take my word for it and please stop listening to that guy about carnivore, listen to the real carnivore experts on KZbin and read more information with a different perspective about inflammatory foods around carnivore diet. Stick to a variety of meats, butter, salt, and water. Try to eat more liver and if you're not sensitive to eggs eat them too. Thats it. You'll improve health wise and strength wise even more.

@ShadowDestroyers 15 күн бұрын
@@bamboombong There's people who can explain it better than myself but plants do not want you to eat them and build toxins to protect themselves. Anti nutrients, oxalates, lectins, there's many. In the average healthy individual you would probably be fine, thrive even. But then have something stressful happen to you and suddenly these plant toxins finally have some effect on you. Some toxins can make your thyroid out of wack causing health issues. Broccoli and cauliflower for example nearly destroyed my thyroid and they're supposed to be "healthy." Oxalates can not only cause stones to form but spread throughout the body as little painful glass like shards. Spinach I had daily nearly killed me, in so much pain even today, oxalate dumping is painful and uncomfortable and can take years to exit the system. Some toxins like lectins can cause leaky gut which can make many cascading health problems for many people. People get rashes or general severe inflammation from these types of plant toxins. There's many more examples I can give but this comment is getting long. Hope I could help you with why some people hate plants nor consider them healthy for everyone. I've been eating plants for years until I no longer felt healthy eating them.

I would also leave all suplements out for 2-3 weeks to see what happend to liver values. Some of them can be loading liver too. Carnevore with vegetables, herbs and berries is ok died.

I do not eat out anymore, I do not drink either alcohol nor sodas. NO candy, no chips. The money I used to spend on crap goes to meat, eggs and certain dairy products like butter, greek yoghurt and heavy cream. I can handle the latter, and do not need to loose weight. Be care full with dairy though, doesn't work for everyone. By that, I mean it can lead you down a spiral and consume more sugar if you are not vigilant. Keep asking if you need more answers, but I would say try it for a month. Remember though, fat is your new fuel. Do NOT skip out on fat. 75-80% of your energy should come from fat. Lol, at least you said designed. But no, we were not designed to eat pure primal. The fact that up to 30% of calories are wasted when eating protein speaks to its inefficiency as a food source, compared to plants and carbs. In a primal, survival situation, you'd want to retain more of the calories, not waste them with digestion, so it would make more sense to eat more efficiently digested and stored calories.

Eddie, you said you have eaten shit for the past 4 and half years. Do you really think the damage has been done from 3 months carnivore? You're actually supposed to wait longer for blood work because you're going through fat adaptation. Also, you are burning body fat, this means triglycerides stored in that fat are been released, once you get to the ideal body fat percentage, that would drop dramatically. Finally arterial plaque is NOT something that occurs in 90days, I cannot stress that enough. Don't blame fat for the damage caused by sugar and seed oils. I would recommend speaking to a more open minded doctor in the low carb community, there are plenty. Dr Phillip Ovadia, a coronary heart surgeon is on of the best people to reach out to if you are concerned. You are feeling great, yeah add in some low carb fruits and veg to increase sustainability as it can be a struggle eating this way at times. But going back to consuming carbs like the "expert" said is dumb. Any ketogenic metabolic therapist will say the same.

It just means he is parroting the same old dogmas, because it is the safe thing to do. As I approach two years on the carnivore diet, I've had quite the journey. I initially lost 70 pounds from not eating enough but ended up gaining back 30 pounds of fat by overindulging. It seems that weight management can work with any diet if you're willing to constantly starve, but I struggle to achieve the satiety that carnivore is supposed to provide. That being said, the diet has worked wonders for my diabetes. My blood sugar levels are consistently at prediabetic levels now, and I'm off insulin!

It makes no sense to take some old guy that was taught cereal at the bottom of the food pyramid because Nestle said so and expect him to correctly read something that's quite a new thing. Most of these numbers will be high on a high-fat carnivore diet, but they're a problem when they go high WITHOUT that many fats because then it's clearly a problem with how the food is processed inside the body. Something is clearly not keeping up then. But on high fats many of those will go bonkers despite the body processing it at a normal rate and being perfectly healthy. Butter High-Heat Cooking • Smoke Point: Butter has a low smoke point (~150-175°C or 300-350°F), meaning it can burn easily when used for high-temperature cooking (e.g., frying or searing). Burnt butter produces harmful compounds like acrylamide, which may be carcinogenic. • Clarified Butter (Ghee): If high-heat cooking is required, clarified butter (ghee) is a better choice because the milk solids are removed, raising its smoke point.

In case no one has mentioned it, fermented foods are good for your gut when they are NON-pasturized. If they are on a shelf and not refrigerated, they've been pasturized. And pasturizing kills the bacteria. Still tasty, but not very helpful for your gut. Go for the fermented foods that are in the refrigerated section of your shop-- they still have active bacterial cultures. The only problem with them is they spoil pretty quickly once bought but you'd go thru them [pretty quickly, anyway.

Been struggling with fatty liver for like 5 years since comming off keto (lost loads of weight the missus said i looked amazing i felt amazing) but it messed my liver up. now been eating low animal protien high vegtables high veg/fish protien low sugar diet and my blood numbers are seeing major improvments. keto diet great short term ie 2 months or something to get some FAST weight loss but not good long term.

That doctor self contradicted his words. Just think about it. If Ketogenic diet is going to make you skinny fat, how on earth did you gain muscle on it? And as far as the plaquing goes, that is a side effect of TRT. Watch those test esters. Some of them are better than the others. P.S., You don't have to worry about LDL cholestrol as long as the HDL to LDL ratio is high which must be the case in your scenario (been there, done that. 10+ years on keto and still going). Since you are a big dude, your LDL is going to be very high compared to normal men but your HDL is going to be proportionally that much higher. Also, while you are losing fat, triglycerides are going to be higher. That is just the body getting rid of excess fat tissue. The good doctor is just scaring you with what he has learned and unfortunately some doctors are very good people but they still are brainwashed by the big pharma education system that is designed to make/keep people sick.

@ensom 20 күн бұрын
the lowest risk range for total cholesterol is 200-300, with around 230-250 probably being ideal. this is higher than most traditional doctors target, which is under 200. high LDL is usually not problematic, when HDL to TRIGLYCERIDE ratio is low, such as 1:1 or below. so if you have HDL 70 and Triglycerides 70, that is excellent and i wouldn't worry about total cholesterol or LDL. but Eddies TRIGS were out of high normal range, which is not good. high TRIGS are bad, no exceptions. the reason is because he's eating a metric crap ton of protein every day, and his body is probably converting the excess protein to sugars. he's also consuming considerable carbs & sugars with all of the milk, yogurt and whey everyday. his caloric needs are already being met by the protein & fats, so all of the excess carbs is being transported VIA triglycerides. i think Eddies bloodwork would look much better on a strict carnivore diet, without any dairy. some of his supplements could be throwing things off as well, so those would have to be looked at. but a strict carnivore diet might be difficult to sustain with the high amount of training he's doing, an hour of boxing, heavy lifting, training for arm wrestling.. he would probably end up losing more weight than he wants on strict carnivore. really, a carnivore diet is a meat based diet. if you are including a lot of dairy, i would just call that an animal based diet. which is fine for most people. ultimately, the diet should not just be about optimizing bloodwork but about how you feel and quality of life / performance if that is important to you. if you can have ideal bloodwork and QoL that is best of both worlds. of course, i would want to correct things like TRIGS as this is definitely correlated with heart disease if left long term.

Eddie, your “blood doctor” is clueless and completely out of touch. You can’t see plaque buildup in the heart from a blood test-it’s literally impossible. Claiming to see inflammation in blood vessel walls from a blood test is also nonsense. At best, blood tests can show systemic or vascular inflammation markers, but they don’t pinpoint anything specific. This guy clearly doesn’t know what he’s talking about. The whole idea that cholesterol causes plaque is outdated garbage. Your gut health hasn’t “deteriorated”; it’s just adjusted to your cleaner diet. If you eat processed junk or sugar now, sure, it might bother you-but that’s a good thing. Stick with what’s working for you. It’s obvious you’re healthier and happier than ever. Why would you take advice from someone who doesn’t even look remotely healthy themselves? Dr. Shawn Baker has been talking about you-why not see what he thinks of your test results? He’s been living proof of how powerful this way of eating is. I’ve been carnivore for 18 months, and I’m in the best health of my life. It’s depressing that we’re stuck with doctors who push outdated advice, leading people away from what actually works. Until they admit they’ve been bought and paid for by Big Pharma, they’re part of the problem, not the solution. Your doctor is just another hack in the system. Keep doing what’s working for you-you’re winning. Don’t let some unhealthy idiot talk you into sabotaging your progress.

Without even having a strong opinion on various diet types and which one is supposedly better, which is about impossible to really prove anyway, I will mention this: if you would be correct, you would not need to pad your comment with fallacies and nonsense yourself... How healthy a doctor is has nothing to do with their advice or treatments. Talking about what a healthy diet is that you have followed for only 18 months is supremely nonsensical. Bringing up an obviously biased character and their anecdotal comments as supposed ´´proof´´ is also nonsense. Just claiming everyone who disagrees must be corrupt is also nonsense. Making wildly simplified statements about cholesterol and its effects or blood tests and their effects is also nonsense. If you want to convince people, and especially if you are going to call out what other people say, you might want to make sure you are bringing good rhetoric.

Thank you for being open and transparent with blood results. Interesting about the Triglycerides. Usually very high is caused from excess carbohydrates and the liver unable to break them down, which causes NAFLD. I wonder if you add in sunflower lecithin intake might make any difference as it's a liver protectorate especially if lacking in diet (deficiency causes NAFLD). But the amount of eggs you consume, it'll be worsening TMAO levels. The vitamin K2 (make sure it's MK7 100mcg)/Nattokinnase combo could be really well, along with collegen/vit C. Adding in bone broth or marrow on top of the meat for collagen, with the additional intake of more fruits for Vit C would help prevent using the calcium mixing with the excess cholesterol for artery repair (which causes hard plaque).

Its because of all the milk he's been drinking, its unfortunate as milk is delicious, but the Try's wont go down til the carbs are gone.

@@brcage how much milk does he drink? that might also explain why he's getting higher plaque deposits too. probably consuming FAR FAR too much calcium and vitamin D from all the butter and milk. He should switch to beef tallow for the majority of his cooking, limit his milk/butter intake, and up his K2 consumption.

video was great until this guy started talking about ldl. hes behind on the science. high triglicerides came from the excessive milk consumption, but high ldl is necessary and beneficial.

his assumptions based on markers are way off. hes assuming inflammation in the liver and intestinal lining, and assuming worse gut health based on bacteria, but you dont need bacteria that produces short chain fatty acids if youre eating them. hes assuming fatty liver disease is caused by the meat and not the dairy. hes off.

Yeah, this idea that LDL is a bad cholesterol is just a myth, anyone who has paid attention to real science around cholesterol knows that 1. LDL and HDL are not cholesterol, they are proteins necessary for the transportation of cholesterol around your body 2. You do need a balance of both LDL and HLD, LDL is NOT bad and 3. LDL does not cause heart problems, because the reason why you find an increased level of LDL where the arteries are being blocked is not because of LDL, it is because of damage that the body is incapable of fixing due to too much inflammation, so your body keeps sending cholesterol to the damaged area, but because there is too much inflammation the body is incapable of fixing the problem, that is why the arteries are being clogged, because your body keeps sending cholesterol to the problem area in order to fix it. LDL transports your cholesterol from your liver and out through your body to fix problems and to make sure your organs produce the hormones necessary for optimal health, while HDL transfer cholesterol back to your liver where it is recycled. Your body need both and LDL is good for you, anyone who says otherwise are either lying or have been misinformed.

Did you do a fasting blood test in the am???That makes a huge difference in triglycerides. The LDL increase is to be expected on a keto or carnivore diet and is not problematic. Your blood doctor doesn’t know this and is wrong.
