The adaptas sororitas were actually made because after the eccliesarchy fell in the 36th millennium someone passed an order where they couldn’t have men under arms so they instead took the old brides of the emperor and made they the sisters of battle since they technically weren’t men under arms.

When I did this achievement, I mistakenly confused it with another achievement that that required you to complete a chapter with the chainsword and bolt pistol only. I used exclusively only those weapons till chapter four.

Did you get both achievements at once, if you did. Well it wonderful how some gamers are in league of own, whatever they are beating dark souls with a dance dance revolution controller, playing two different megaman games at the same time with one controller, or speed running portal by breaking the physics engine so hard, they are seeming randomly shooting portals like they are having a Seizure but what actually happening is they glitched there portal gun so it moves on portal placement and as such is entirely divorced from physical movement. Meanwhile, I struggle to beat games on the normal difficulty sometimes, including ultramarine.

The hardest achivement is the Keeper of the Armory due to the sheer amount of grinding required, the campaing on the other hand is not hard.

I did this the other day it funny that I now see a video for it. I did it because I thought I had to get an achievement for doing that but the actual achievement was for just part 1 not the whole campaign, oops. 😂 Still it was so satisfying when I did it and the final moment when Lord Nemeroth starts crushing you I thought that was it whole run waisted. But I managed to regain health and beat the game. The challenge made the end feel as intense and adrenaline pumping as when I first played it as a kid. Never knew my fingers could still move that fast, mashing buttons a decade later. 😂 I managed to beat it in one try, however I reckon that’s because I have been playing the online modes for 2 weeks now.

When had the xbox 360 version of the game, it took me a while to finish this one. Always died on the phase Titus has to load the shell with the melta bomb. After about 15 tries, i managed to do it.

I used the Thunderhammer from the moment it became a permanent weapon until the end of the game. No one tells you that it is stupid to do that. No one tells you that the last section of the game is focused on shooting. No one tells you that the laser demons are an actual nightmare to kill with a regular bolter. The titan section with those 2 laser demons almost made me rage quit. The damn bolter was doing NO damage, then the plane joined. My only saving grace was that i had stored up purity before the fight My only joy was the fact whenever chaos space marine showed up, i absolutely sent him to the shadow realm Don't be tempted to use the Thunderhammer, despite how satisfying it is to hear it smash the orks

The lore is that your take the sharpest thing your species knows of and shoving it in the eye of everything else. Beyond that, it just drops you in the middle of everything and you'll pick up the important things by context but it's really just all vibes.

I bought Space Marine some months ago and being the gamer I am I selected hard and regreted it when it came to manning a plasma cannon to take down an Orc vessel. I came back to it only the other day, got further than I had previously (stop the ork ram train thing) only to get frustrated by the sheer grind moments later against a normal orc mob. I thought screw this and turned it down to normal. It's now like easy mode. Me thinks this is a good example of 4 levels of difficulty being the ideal as it feels Space Marine's Hard is more like Halo's Legendary. Plus I don't get that nice power trip fantasy when a talking mushroom with an axe can curb stomp an Astartes Space Marine. And an UltraSmurf at that. Dudes plot armour is that good he does not even need a helmet.

is there only one hard mode achievement? because I already got the emperors protect first try on hard mode but I reset every time when I die, I thought had to complete hole run and not die to get another achievement like finish hole game with out die or resting etc. but if its just one then i just do it hardmode run and expect to die and keep chungging then

Is this achievement only available on the console versions of the game? I've finished the steam version yesterday on hard difficulty with maybe 6 deaths (none of them before chapter 6) but quit the game before ending chapter 4. Might do it in one try this time of it's available on steam Edit: I did it about an hour ago on the first try

I think the part people need to know is that they can remove the plasma cannon from its mounting immediately, and move to take cover, instead of being forced to stand in the open. Otherwise they'd be exposed to weapon fire from the Ork dropship. The dropship will also drop off a mob of Orks occasionally, but if you have a fully charged plasma cannon blast readied, you can vaporize the entire group instantly without a fight!
