Hey gamers, today I bring you my 10 year anniversary video! This was a Terraria Master Mode playthrough I did of NPC drops only. That means I can only use weapons that you get once an NPC perishes. I can't use any weapons they sell in their stores or anything. There was a total of 8 weapons I could get, only a few of them were even worth using. Can we beat the Moon Lord with only these weapons? Will I succumb to the overwhelming guilt from unaliving all of my townsfolk?

I used to use drills, but turns out all mining buffs don't effect drills at all. Ancient chisel, mining potion, reforges, it all doesn't work. So if you have ancient chisel it makes pickaxes almost as fast as a drills, and if you get ambrosia it's the same speed. Also if you reforge the pickaxe to light it get really and other mining buffs on top of chisel and ambrosia then pickaxes are faster. This information is all from a Terrasteel video btw

@@CJDEATHBOT PS Drills are faster by default, but speed modifiers do nothing for them, meaning pickaxes are far faster if you buff them (i.e. mining set, ancient chisel, mining pot, etc.)

For anyone looking to uh, repeat this challenge: If you have happy grenades in your inventory, you can purchase them from the party girl so you only have to get the drop once.

Hello! Watching your battle with the wall of flesh reminded me of one of my playthroughs a year or two ago I didn’t design this. I found it from someone on KZbin, who I do not remember the name of, and adjusted it to my needs. It is something to keep in mind tho if you are really struggling on a challenge run! As I said in the intro of the video, I recorded this 4 months ago. And I came up with the idea months before that. It was just a crazy coincidence. These videos take way longer than a couple days to make so I couldn't have possibly copied. The idea has been done before too, anyway. Drills may be able to mine faster, but they don't benefit from mining speed bonuses. Meaning that mining potion you popped, as evidenced by the buff being below the tool bar? Entirely pointless.
