Being overly sexual is caused by trauma bond, it’s your body looking for an external validation and “love”. Once you heal you become very protective of who can have access to you, also sexually. Being conscious of energy exchange is also being conscious of who you have sex with as woman receives and men give energy. That is why for men is good to do semen retention for protection purposes and recharge of their sexual powers. Sexual energy is healing energy, but only when you are healed. Otherwise it’s like a virus - you pass it on to a next person you are with. 🧬 ✨🙌🏻💫

Wow this was soo refreshing to listen to!! I was raised Mormon, and share some very similar experiences. Left when I was 22, I’m 25 now. Always been very sexual, but also repressed! I’ve unraveled my deep sexual beliefs about myself more and am actively deepening my new love of myself and my experience. Letting that sexual energy flow through me and lead me. It’s been a tough but I can also say beautiful journey that I’m excited to jump into more!!
