When a new boss shows up. Nobody has any credibility anymore. The entire evaluation process starts over again for the employees. Respect they worked hard for is now gone. This makes employees feel powerless and uncertain of the future.

Yes, so new leaders must have a group or team meeting where each team member introduces themselves, discusses their tenure, record of achievements, etc

Most probably staff will have a fear and anxiety that they gonna lose their comfort zone when the new leaders arrive. They probably used to get away with their duties and got compliments from ex leaders what they used to do only. So, they don’t get that anymore from the new leaders, and they try hard to change leaders as they want

Totally agree, communication is crucial, especially in the early phase of leadership! But I’m curious-do you think it’s more challenging to establish that communication in a home office setup, or do you feel it makes no difference?

Leadership with Mike i challenge you to start calling out people in real Leadership positions and truly show real life examples. For example show a video of, say a world leader or a public speaker saying something ridiculous and really ask the audience is this Leadership and would this be ok in the work place? Hey listen don't ask me to do it 😂 you are mf Leadership With Mike okay. I could help because I see alot of lack of leadership skills but i don't have what you got but i listen and keep trying to do better the reason why i listen is because its great Leadership. Just an idea just trying to help the team. Ohh maybe you could call it Leadership fails channel idk. 😂 anyways probably a great idea just no time i understand mike but you know what Mike a great leader makes time.
