There is no such thing as too much coffee. All-nighters are very bad for your health. Perspective is important. Staying a well-rounded person is the REAL challenge. Mental health is a daily activity. Be open-minded to what may give you therapy (never thought I would be a watercolor painter, but it works). Very rarely does success come overnight. Learn how to objectively cope and learn from failure. Keep in mind that there are no gravestones that say, "I wish I had spent more time at the office." That work will be there tomorrow too. Good video. Damn good advise.

@@LeadershipwithMike Hey Mike, you have a good channel. I look forward to your work getting more traction. One thing about management. One way to help is to teach management to subordinates. I am a Chief of Police and in law enforcement, we teach management principles to line officers. It improves communication between command and staff. By being more versed in command concerns, officers become contributors to solutions, earn ownership, give buy-in, and improve morale. This, in turn, dramatically helps in delegation and the workload of managers. You have a good show. I have enjoyed your work.

@carlhearn108 thank you for this. And yes, we people are trained and understand what their supervisor deals with, it can help them empathize and connect better as a team. Thx for keeping us safe 🚔

The workplace environment is more like a gladiatorial event in a bloodied coliseum arena than fulfilling one's aspirations and enjoying the satisfaction of earning a good living.
