What I do is I have 1 truck and a box of numerical decals. So for a few days I'll put #101, then a week later I'll change it to #42, then a week later change it to #304, then #45....then I get compliments from people saying that they seen one of my trucks as if I have a fleet of trucks. But it's really only one truck.

We have around 600k on gear but every few months one is paid off and the clean title comes in the mail. Then the options are keep it trade it sell it not just save and dream. Only 1 in 5 of our things are financed so do the math on the balance sheet. Having newer gear and not old rusty junk we can work nearly 100% of the time at capacity of labor. And having customers hand you checks and compliment how nice your tools are helps a lot. Also if you understand low rate financing like 0-2% vs joes 12-20% inflation something we bought for 50k 4 years ago is work 60k used today. Imagine if you bought some “financed” small apartments 10-15yrs ago. And what those numbers look like today. Wouldn’t be so dumb hey. Saving for cash purchase on those wouldn’t look like you describe.

@@futureadventure7299 this month alone after all my cost i made 209k, only spent 42k on materials, and 16k labor , i use cng trucks which lowered our fuel cost 1,800 per month. We invested 36k to switch pur fleet to cng trucks, I do what T does, plus commercial maintenance and commercial construction. We got 2 hotels lined up for next year already. all my guys are getting 1,000 bonus next payroll right before christmas

The real trick is to do the coffee trick with a truck. Just walk up to a dealer and take the truck with someone elses name on it. Just drive off. Instead of saving 5 bucks on coffee. I will save 110k on a truck. Thats a beautiful truck bud. We are looking to upgrade our dump truck soon also.

if it’s a class 7 truck you need a B license min and if you tow over 10k need an A license and class 8 truck Class 6 truck and lower you need a C license Go open a book before you spread your Mis info
