Your videos are very entertaining but I disagree that an education is completely useless. Got my degree in landscape architecture and it definitely helps, only owe like 2500, and I graduated almost two years ago. I can read and make plans, know my plants, and know how to create a presentable proposal. Im in the field as a foreman, trying to get field experience to make my designs better, I know most LA’s have very little experience actually implementing designs. The right education is definitely useful, but you gotta get the right education to do what you wanna do. Yeah I didn’t need the education to be in my position, but I very quickly moved up in the ranks and after a year I’ve gotten 4 raises, something that would usually take someone years to do. Also helps that I’m bilingual.

@@OhioPalmTrees I darn sure wouldn't pay to join the GOAT Gang.. I'm a solo owner/operator and enjoy the solitude of working alone. But if it works it works. We live in a capitalistic society and Tigran is making big $$$ from the GOAT Gang. Personally I'm a Dave Ramsey guy who is at the Polar opposite end of the spectrum vs Grant Scamdone. But... If guys feel that being in that network is worth $97 then it's a wash. To be honest it's much worse things you could spend that money. Being around other like minded individuals can be a gamechanger.

For sure. You guys aren’t doing 5m in business annually although. It’s all about scale. If you’re doing $40k in gross bizz every year. It is smarter to have that $4k truck. If you’re doing big numbers. Then it’s not. Not to mention every payment is a full right off towards your annual taxes
@diaz-kasper

@@LandscapeMaster33 Well in taxes matters 100% right,but it is so many loopholes when you pay taxes for your business than is disgusting to know. My business generally makes 400-500K/year taking home. My overhead is really low because I own must of my equipment,most of it is second hand tools and heavy equipment than I know I’ll use a lot,I don’t have equipment sitting in my yard until I need it. As of right now I just have one loan payment of 550 which is a 2018 Tacoma than I use for personal/business use.

its never a problem until money stops coming in each month. I don't think that's a problem for you because you easily clear your debt each year and can cover it with goat gang. now as to education it depends man im in school for civil engineering with a minor in construction management and the plan is to stamp and develop my own projects so I can't really do that without a degree, now is there useless degrees 100%, more than useful ones. I did some math and you're clearing probably 1mill of boomers that pay you and are trying to run a new business and you know 90% of them won't make it in business due to the fact that most of what you tell them is common sense, but ay more power to you chase the bag.

So it's a year later since you got the 4WD, have you had to use it yet? Your logic makes sense on the spending. You're consistently bringing in the income so the bills get paid. Personally, i'd rather get an older fleet of the cleanest turbodiesel 7.3's because they're most reliable/best value and last until million miles consistently.

no i wouldnt count this as debt because if you wanted to you could pay off the trucks today. still, it doesnt makes sense to make monthly payments whether you have cash or not. its one more unecessary thing on your task list to take care of. debt isnt a sin, but its bad tho.

Firstly, without watching the video, I would say yes, granted, that's not many vehicles. I would traditionally run a fleet of slightly older lightly used trucks and possibly without emissions if the states allowed. Granted, you're in CA. It's basically impossible to skimp on any of that, so I'm gonna go out and say it's worth it.

Tigrans the man. This passive income source is amazing. What is it like $70k+ a month in just side passive income for him currently. That’s truly awesome. I need to do something like this. He gives older trucks / equipment away as a right off on his taxes. Easily pays a $3k a month payment on his gwagon with this. Legit so sick. I’m in Toronto Canada. Our landscape seasons are at most 8-9 months a year. I need this passive income especially for our winter months. Props to T. 🍻
