I bought a 2020 Shelby GT350R in the rare color of Iconic silver! This GT350 is the perfect spec and ford absolute nailed the final years of this car.

Glad you’re back. You’re one of the only youtubers that does this car justice. These cars are impossible to let go once you experience the theater they create during driving. My gen 1 has been strong with no issues for 17k miles. Race red/stripe delete/black roof; surprisingly low # spec

Glad to hear it’s the gen 2 voodoo engine and hopefully the engine is better than gen 1. Can’t wait to see how your car rides in comparison to your other 350

Couldn't find a GT350R anywhere for anything even remotely reasonable last year. So, I have to "suffer" with my GT350 in FRB with black painted roof and black stripes (only 83 of them world wide). I didn't know Ford released the build numbers for 2020 yet.

It’s tough to find one man, especially at a fair price! They didn’t release the “official” final numbers as far as I know, but there is a spreadsheet on Mustang6G that has every known VIN compiled for the 2020 GT350/R production year. My car/vin was one of the last 2020MY cars built and ifs updated on there.

Dude the iconic silver paint is one of the coolest options to go with on the GT350, IMO. I bought my 2020 GT350 in March and my only regret is that I didn’t get a rare spec.

I didn’t realize how rare it was until looking at the production numbers. I knew it would be limited being only in 2020, but 31 total in the R spec is nuts!

Nice one, always loved the R, mainly for the carbon wheels, such a cool thing to have on a sub-$100K car. I'm not brave enough to own a Voodoo, from a reliability perspective (hopefully yours is good to you over the long term) . I love the S550 platform as I used to own a 15' GT with a Paxton blower on it. Glad to see you back posting on YT!

Iconic Silver is THE color for this generation's body style to show off the lines, both in bright light and minimal. Stripeless makes this even better because it's rare to see them that way and they look so much cleaner. The black roof is just icing on the cake. Congratulations!

Has that hood been repainted? Looks darker and the gap from the hood to bumper is ridiculous! Still awesome, I just notice stuff!

Hood is just the lighting, the gap is normal across every s550 I’ve seen. Easy to adjust if it was off. The bumpers are a slight shade different front and rear which isn’t unusual going from plastic to mental. I have serious OCD so trust me I checked. Surprised you didn’t catch the bigger issue. 😜 will talk more about that in the next vid!

Nope not with a gen II voodoo. That’s why I bought a 19+. The class action suit is for 2016 cars without oil coolers. My 2017 has a gen II engine as well with a free 8yr 100,000 mile power train warranty.

@@JeffAshton Gotta make a correction. All 16s had the oil cooler. The suit was over the non-track pack cars not having the trans & diff coolers. My 16 is a tech package 350 without those two coolers, but I’ve never had any issues while tracking it. Maybe I haven’t driven it hard enough 😊

Beware of tires that are out of conicity. Even with Michelins. Measure all 4 them with inflation off the car outer, center and inner circumference. All measurements should be equal. It not they should send you a new pair to use on one end or the other. Happened to me, true story, different Ford tho.
