INSANE DEAL on this thing, it's 200hp and 113 Torque with ALL kinds of tech features on it - Everything I could hope for in a bike besides being an actual supersport bike. Can't Wait to install the chinese fairing kit on it next!!

Most Kawasaki bikes have what's called a positive neutral finder, which prevents you from shifting into second when standing still to make it easier to shift into neutral when stopped. Ryan from FortNine actually made a video about this called "Why Kawasaki Shifts Better than Every Other Brand"

First bike I ever wanted to buy was a Honda DN-01, such great looks, very unique. The engine is an anemic 600cc coupled to a first gen automatic trans, terrible idea from Honda. If I had the time and money I would get a DN-01 and do an engine and trans swap.

It always surprises me when people work around vehicles but know nothing about bikes. The transmission by design won't let you click through all the gears while sat still, at a minimum you have to be rolling the the bike back and forth a few inches so the shafts and collars and gears can move and slot into different gears. Awesome pick up due to someone else's lack of knowledge LOL. My uncle has one of these and it is HEAVY but effortlessly fast.

If you need to turn it in a tight spot basically stand on the pad of the kickstand and tilt the weight of the bike up onto the kickstand and you can pivot it on the kickstand and spin around in one spot right on that pivot point of the kickstand

be cautious of raising the rear, they might lowered it on purpose to account for the extended swingarm. if you raise the back too much it wobbles at high speed.

love my 2019 zx14r. with just the K&N air filter, Delkevic exhaust and Moore Mafia tuned ECU it has 198 WHEEL HP ( i call it 200 most times) and 118 TQ. you stole that bike for the price. first thing i would do is toss those swingarm extensions. i hated them on mine.

You got a MONSTER as you seem to definitely know, and should be very proud of getting that heck of a good deal! You got a good head about you, noticed the exhaust slights, shifter difference, and steel windshield "cut out" being a guillotine more than a guard. I'll find mine eventually, I just got a surron over a CBR600RR on the better wishes of my family, as I too sold off the sport bikes when my kids came along.
