Honestly, as a longtime wish user I’d steer clear of all tech. The best deals on there usually have to do with little trinkets and stuff for example necklaces, rings, pop sockets (which are actually a super good deal on there), keychains, and things of that nature. However the earrings are horrible quality and the only jewelry item I wouldn’t recommend for long term use out of concerns for infection. My parents have gotten some beautiful watches though at super good prices, so that’s something I do recommend. (They aren’t smart watches, just fashion analog watches but let’s just say a watch my my mom was wearing once was so pretty it stopped me in my tracks. I couldn’t believe it was from wish 😂) But lol just like never ever buy tech on wish 😂

I bought a garbage phone from Wish and the sim tray broke straight away trying to open it, I wasn't expecting much because it was so inexpensive. I did however get a nice 64gig 2016 iPhone SE from Wish, I forget the price but it wasn't a garbage phone price. I mainly go through ebay though, Wish was just a curiosity.

I lived with a sh**y Android for almost a year and I’m shocked I survived it! It was 2017, and my parents got me this ZTE N817 from a carrier called QLink wireless. The phone was horrible! I couldn’t find any cases nor screen protectors for the phone, so that was a bummer cause I got a huge scratch on the screen from my car keys in my pocket. Software was awful, capped out on Android Kit-Kat, and apps constantly crashed! And you’d think “It’s a phone, it should at least call and text”. Nope! Couldn’t even do that right! My parents would text me and I wouldn’t receive their texts until either hours later or even the next day! Also microphone quality sucked, and the cameras, I could just count all the pixels. It looked like pointillism. Then November 2018 came along, and I dropped the phone on my basement floor on accident, and it died for good. A month later I got an iPhone 6 for Christmas and I switched to Straight Talk wireless and all of a sudden I could finally breathe! I now have an iPhone SE (2020) and last month switched to Verizon! Never using Android again!

My two nieces don't have a lot of money to spare (the older is a supervisor in the National Health Service, the other is an aspiring dancer looking for mainstream success), and their 58-year-old uncle is a techno hog with the latest of everything. But one thing I didn't have is a smart speaker. For Christmas, they teamed up and bought me a Google Nest Mini. The thing is amazing. It recognises my voice every time, and accurately, and plays whatever tune from my Apple Music sub, or tells me the weather forecast. And to be honest, it doesn't cost that much more than something you could buy on Wish. But it works, flawlessly, and I'm still loving it two days after receipt. I could have bought this a dozen times over with my wage, but never did. I emailed them sincere thanks (the only way I can reliably contact them). I bought one thing from Wish, just to try it out: a supposed genuine Citizen Eco-Drive Blue Angels Chronometer. It gets some of the colours right, but the time-keeping is lousy, far worse than the mechanical anniversary clock I recently restored and am still tweaking for timekeeping, and, as a proud owner of Eco-Drive watches since they came out (I was on a flight to Australia with British Airways in 1998 when I first saw about these amazing timepieces in the in-flight magazine, and I bought one. They are all amazingly accurate, and my current daily wearer, a Titanium F900 GPS model, is permanently correct to the second, since the watch updates daily via GPS (correct time zone wherever I am in the world), and the daily loss per month is less than a second. Now, this watch is not Rolex-level expensive, but I do get that a lot of people won't be able to afford it; however, the Wish Blue Angels Chronometer is less accurate than a fucking candle clock. You can buy far more accurate quartz watches for a lot less money, and the Wish watch is frankly shoddy and wouldn't fool anybody. It's in a drawer somewhere, and has been for over a year, and it's now over three hours ahead of the real time, and, as a supposed Eco-Drive (solar powered), shouldn't even be working after more than a year in the dark. I think Wish should rename themselves Tish, since it's an exact anagram of what they sell.

I had the G1 myself in 2014 but I won't say that it has the same specs, not even close actually. Moto G had a Snapdragon 400 Quad core ship with a 5mp back camera and a nice IPS 720P display that was protected with Corning gorilla glass 3. And at least 8gb or 16gb of internal storage. The phone was also splash proof. The only thing that really is comparable is the front camera and the 1GB of RAM storage. Other than that, the Moto G1 is a much better phone specifaction wise.
