Didn't know about Jerry's offering. Will definitely try it out. Especially the rough paper. Great paintings.

You inspired me to order some Try it Buy it items. Thanks for your demonstrations. I love what you did with the acrylic gouache and the watercolors, so pretty for such tiny artwork!

I love samples! I recently won a $50 voucher from Jerry's, and then found out they aren't shipping overseas right now, wahhh! I gave my voucher to an American friend, and she bought some lovely quill watercolour brushes with it. I'm glad someone got to use the voucher, lol!

Oh, no, what a huge bummer that you weren't able to use it. That would have been so fun! At least your friend was able to use it. I'm glad I have all these supplies - it'll make for some fun projects in the future.

Omg such a fun video. I have tried and bought some of their buy it try it products but now I want to buy them all. :) I like the acryl gouache, I think it has a slightly more open window than regular acrylics. I loved how your gouache piece turned out.

Thanks! I'm hoping to be able to try regular gouache here soon. I believe one of my old subscription boxes has a set in it. Yea!

Aren't those tiny pads from Legion strange? But I do love making tiny paintings with my cutoffs sometimes, it seems so low-stakes and easy!
@MirandaWatsonArt2 жыл бұрын
They are, but I've found good uses for them over time, but only here and there.

Always nice to try new products especially when you don't have to pay full price for full size products. I've tried Stonehenge cold press and I was very underwhelmed. Im new but know more intermediate techniques ( i cant draw for crap but love to paint and play but i need to draw something to paint so i have been trying to learn to draw bc of watercolor lol) but anyway my point is saying ive tried several different papers and these just weren't it for me especially being pricey for 100% cotton.I was honestly expecting so much more I'm glad I tried the mini pad 1st. I loved your AZ sunset painting. I have the pretty excellent set and found they worked really well especially for student and for less than $20. Have a great day.

I need to try the larger sizes of the Stonehenge paper. I think I have a few sample pages in my drawer. I tried it in my paper testing, but don't quite remember what I thought. I do like that Pretty Excellent set, though!

i love jerry's and buy stuff off the try it section and now if u out in page 3-? there are more items for way cheaper than they usually sell them , i mostly buy from the first 2 pages, and i always get one or two more expensive stuff but it's never over 50$ on the anniversary sale i saved over 600$ and second order 350$ was my savings even from their always low prices
@MirandaWatsonArt3 жыл бұрын
Isn't that a fun section to shop from? I love it! Wow, your savings were amazing!
