Well here it finally is! I actually got this place under contract back in the first week of January 2022. A good 7 months later we can finally get a little work done to it. I hope yall enjoy the video and me and my family thank you for the support!

Congratulations! This is one of my favorite episodes. I can’t wait to see more work to the shop. One idea for the car storage lot, get a large broadcast sprayer for the Hee-hawl and start spraying the area now so it’ll be clear when you move the trucks. Salt water is a good substitute for expensive weed/grass killer.

I started working on cars in my dads driveway, progressed to out in the street outside a bedsit, poached a lock-up garage, worked outside in my friends junkyard, bought a house, built a 16 x 25 workshop, moved again to a smaller house with 3 acres of land, a 30x30 workshop and a 30x10 workshop and a 40x12 workshop. I thought I'd got to heaven. Been here 25 years and going to end my days here. I'm sixty and still building cars. Its better to wear out than rust out. All the best from England.

I built my business from nothing but determination, work ethic and the support of family as well 16 years ago and still running strong today. I never pulled the trigger to do it full time as you did (still work for the man) but trust me when I say that you (and your family/friends) should be so proud of how far you've come. I am a quote nerd sometimes and one of my favorite as an engineer when I get stumped is "The problem is not the problem, your attitude toward the problem is the problem." All that sheet metal you could make a cabinet for the compressor remember the compressor you just need to put a concrete slab off the ground so the water don't get to it when it rains but that sheet metal will come in handy don't throw it away

Smaller shop the older one you can turn into a paint booth and work out of the big shop but basically the smaller shop toward the back with the three doors you can turn into a paint shop (paint until your heart's desire til it ends up on fire)
