The first video I ever saw of yours started with you in an Ali G outfit, and I literally thought to myself wtf is this guy. I continued watching anyway and quickly learnt your character. Got to say i love the fact you don't take life to seriously and you bring such a light hearted humour to the content. @matt, that yellow stuff around the joints on the frame is factory standard. It’s like a sort of waterproofing they put round welds/seams. You can see it on some bolts on the right of the bonnet from the video. You will see it all over subframe

I would definately keep it stock. Paint it (or in your case wrap it) nardo grey with black audi badges. If not the gray, maybe some grey/blue camo in matte finish.

Nice Matt. I’ve owned a 5.2 v10 version of this, you could retro fit a v10 front and rear bumper. The v8 also has a common flat spot in second gear at around 3k revs that can be remapped out. I found it dangerous with a flat spot so check it out. All the best with it. You can also retro fit a white cluster dial to the dash too which looks tonnes better 😎👍

Do whatever whacky thing youv got planned to maseratti. If I were you I'd just return that R8 to its glory days. Just make it run sweet and look clean and standard, keep the coilovers as it sits nice. Maybe a nice clean splitter and perhaps a spoiler extention. OEM+. Get it professionally detailed once done. Keep it that colour. Get all the Interior bits cleaned or retrimmed if needed. That would be a good series to watch.

On the issue with the fan. I’ve had an Audi and a VW with this issue: it’s probably a cracked fan, when they even chip they go into “safety mode” so they don’t overheat.

Get the R8 on airsuspension, so you can get it real low. Wrap it like a shelby cobra with the stripes. Get some sick LED lights for it. Tune the engine so it performs greener and better. Right. Ideas for the R8: firstly, primary color a matte black (i know you did black before but hang on) accents witha darker gold yellow, same with the rims, I also thi k it would look good if you get some of those tyres that look really deep (im not sure whats their name). The rest is obvious like an aftermarket bumper mahbe some cool side skirt. Hope this gives you a cool idea ;).

You should check the frame i know there is a factory problem with the frame. The issue was that due to the vibrations of the car the chassis cracks right under the windshield.
