ISP, i only really got into the paradox community recently, so its unfortunate that i cant start this off by addressing this toward your real name. I understand some of the things you may be feeling right now, believe me, i do. ive noticed you arent necessarily too overt with letting us know how you feel all the time, and thats okay, because everyone processes and handles their emotions in different ways. but, as someone who’s struggled with some pretty fucking hefty depressive episodes since last December because of some nifty ol domestic abuse, college stress, and social isolation perpetuating my oft-repeating cycle of frustration, regret, and emptiness, im gonna try and tell you some of the things i wish people would tell me sometimes. *i love you, and we ALL love you so very much and care about you dearly.* i mean that, i know the phrase gets thrown around willy nilly all the time over the internet, so it isnt as impactful as it should be, but seriously, we care about you man. our lives are all better because of you, because YOU are in it, your presence, your life, your soul has a direct correlation with happiness and comfort for legions of people who watch your videos. take solace in that, you deserve to be sincerely proud of yourself once in a while. part of me doesnt even know what to say, I wanna be able to whip up a couple of paragraphs to make you feel better, but the truth is, i dont think it would. it must get a little tiring listening to the same condolences over and over, because they dont seem to actually make things better. but i hope you know that youre doing good - really, really good. its a fucking testament to your strength and perseverance that youve come out of your personal struggles and hardships as one of the most incredible people ive had the pleasure of being a fan of. and, i take a look around me in these comments, and i see that i get to share that pleasure with thousands of other people who echo my support for you. its inspiring ISP, you give me hope, buddy. this is probably one of the most cliched sayings out there, but honestly i think it cannot be said and stressed enough: everything DOES happen for a reason. now, in this moment, it might not feel like all of this bad stuff surrounding you has any direction or eventual destination thats gonna make it all worth it, and its understandable that youre confused and frustrated, but good can truly come out of the most hopeless situations, and as long as you stick it out and give the world time to work its magic, good will ALWAYS come out of tragedy. dont give in, keep on pushing, and know that relief is on the horizon. be comforted, because even if you dont believe in yourself at times, you have a whole army of fans and friends, thousands upon thousands of people who believe in you with their whole heart and soul, and whose lives you have improved and for some, even saved! please never, ever convince yourself that youre alone. you arent, you never were, and as long as we’re here, you never will be. im glad you, in your sarcastic roundabout way, at least let us know that somethings going on. seriously, i cant express how glad it makes me that you trust us on at least a sorta personal level. thats good, ISP. letting people into your heart, and into your problems, and into your insecurities and deep-seated worries is so important in maintaining the willpower to hike through the lowest depths. theres no telling how long its gonna take, but you’ll find more things that light up your eyes (besides barat at 500K of course) and eventually it’ll balance out to where that sparkle that you THINK youve lost will come back, brighter and more magnificent than ever. its a war of attrition, ya know? the germans didnt capitulate in a day, the most significant victories always follow the harshest periods of doubt. you gotta fight the small battles, cherish the small victories, live as much as possible in your free moments so that you dont feel as trapped and doubtful in your darker ones. if you ever start to feel down or just need someone to see you, and to listen to you, im here. we’re here. you got people watching out for you, man. we will always have your back, you brilliant bastard. we love you ISP! do whats best for you, and the rest will come in time. until then, take things slow, be at peace, and give yourself a break to get away from everything and get a fresh perspective on life. find something that excites you as much as a notification from “iSorrowproductions” excites us! until next time, buddy. take it easy for once, yeah?

Your best times are when the channel is tiny but growing fast as your views will be way, way higher than subs thus you get a high feel, also since you (probably) worked a real job at that time it was basically bonus cash that is now higher than your wage so you switch career. The thing about YT as a career is, if you do not rebrand constantly, you will inevitebly be on a downward trend, which makes you depressed and wanting you to take a break, but many people work on their channel alone thus if they take a break, the channel will drop even faster since the algorythm is shit. People in multiperson channels (e.g. the Yogscast) can take breaks since they have multiple other people to keep making content. You could say he "rebranded" already when switching away from HoI4 but he'll soon need something else to switch to cuz Vic 2 seems to give him the old HoI4 "Still here, still doing the same" feel you get after doing basically the same thing all the time. It's like doing the same labour for years in regular job, but unlike a normal job, KZbin is an even shittier boss.....

Only been watching you for a few weeks now but ive binged basically everything with you in it (like your MP games with bo and them). Favorite video game channel by far and great content and editing, you should be proud of what youve accomplished and made and if you stop its ok.
