I'm disabled and have suffered from some pretty depression over it. Your videos have helped me to start getting over some things and getting my body back into shape. I'm quite poor since being disabled so I can't afford trainers or anything so thanks a bunch the videos, routines and information as well as motivation that you provide! @Hello O @mary nassuna Thanks. I recently found out that I suffer from extremely low testosterone following an injury from years ago which is part of why I got so bad. I've lost over 35 pounds of muscle in the last several years. I just saw the Endocrinologist today and had some tests, so hopefully this time next week I will be on TRT and be feeling a lot better~! It took some pushing but I'm trying to move things in a positive direction.

Personally I used to be really skinny. I used to be known as the skinny kid at school. I’m now turning 18 soon and I’m not exactly the skinny kid anymore. I’ve gained some weight and was super insecure about it. It’s been almost 4 weeks of training hard, eating healthy, and watching Chris Heria for inspiration. I put together a whole binder where I print out pictures of what I’m doing, eating, and my progress pictures. I’ve been going all in and got to say I couldn’t have even gotten started without the inspiration of Chris Heria !!!!!!

Yo man, I’m really glad to hear this. Definitely continue with your fitness journey for your health., but please never let your body define your self worth. Obviously, it is important to stay healthy and fit. It’s just as important to love yourself and have confidence with or without a aesthetic body. Just keep that in mind and enjoy your journey!

That’s good to hear. I’m super skinny. 6’3 and 150lbs at 24yo. I started 3.5 weeks ago going to the gym 6 days a week and trying to eat healthier and avoid a ton of sugar. Do you have any tips maybe? I really want to get out of this skinny state I’m in, and will work as hard as it takes. Appreciate it.

As he emphasised in the intro you are burning calories by doing nothing just through metabolism, you don’t need to literally exercise to burn off exactly what you eat

Hey, Chris! I've started making ginger shot smoothies based on your smoothie video. I use less ginger because it's so strong, and no one local carries turmeric root, but I'm still starting to get the orange, lemon, bee pollen, and pepper in my diet. I know this will make me healthier. Thanks again!

Great video Chris! I'm a swimmer, and every day I have a workout from my coach that totals 2hrs of swimming and 1 hr core and weight training. I usually burn 1,100 - 1,200 calories per practice, but as swimmers we usually eat more calories than we burn because we continue to burn calories for 1-2 hrs after workouts (so my total is usually close to 1500 per day.) Keep up the great work!

I used to see that running a mile burned basically the same calories as a slice of bread and got discouraged. But I've now learned that instead it should push me to take more care about what exactly I put in to my body. After that mindset change, I've already noticed improvements I've only dreamed about! 💪🏾

Hey man, I'm with the US Marines (Active) and i really enjoy these videos! I've been on-and-off working on my own calesthenics and this has given me a lot of motivation to push forward. Thank you for the help and if you want to do any events in schools, to try to help the next generation of kids see the light* on how workouts and fitness in general can strenthen both the body and mind reach out!

Hey Chris, I want to thank you so much for doing what you do, you've helped me a lot in so many different ways. I was an obese teen, when I was about 13 I had 120Kg, but I wanted to change, so I stopped eating junk food, started eating healthy and working out, the time passed and I was getting fitter, 9 months ago I started lifting weights and educating myself about fitness and nutrition, and now I can proudly say that I'm 16, 70Kg, :) Now I want to loose the rest of fat and get shredded, and your helping me with that, with your workouts and nutritional videos, I really appreciate your work, thank you.🤜🤛 (I remember trying to do your workouts when I started at 120Kg, they were so hard, but I can now say that I'm a lot better :), and I will keep improving and pushing myself.)

your literally my inspiration bro I've from a very bad town Stockton California where alot pf shooting people doing everyday from violence and drugs. And I wqs is all of that 17 18 years old now I'm 19 ive been working out focusing and it's really separated me from the problems and all the bs that happens here everyday. ir videos keeps my mind focus nd gives me inspiration to work out everyday so I can achieve my dreams. I've been working on bien a boxer so Ur workouts nd just u inspire me so much. Please keep doing what you doing. Your helping people in so many different ways. here's my example update: Been working out for a month now seen incredible results . been running three miles everyday for my boxing training no weights yet but my body nd endurance is really crazy. I also can't eat fast food no more I notice how it really hurts My stomach. that's when i really noticed my body is getting way healthy. my mind had never been more clear than now in my life. I can actually focus on what I want to do Thank you again

It's funny how he had done a lot of follow along exercise videos and now he's still saying things like "Breathe in through your nose, out through your mouth", "10 more seconds, give it everything you got". That's how you know how much effort Chris has been putting into his vids and workouts. Amazing job!

This is very challenging... If you want to fully burn the calories you eat/ calorie intake for the whole day, you have to put in a lot of work. Ofc, what you said was true, some exercises take more energy to perform them, so the heart has to pump more blood to supply the muscles with oxygenated blood. From there when your muscles are working, it burns more calories. Respect to you Chris 💪

Hey Chris hope you are doing great thank you for always motivating all of us around the world I started working out 1 year ago when COvid started I failed a bunch of times but 3 months ago I started back I was able to hold an l sit for 15sec and going from not being able to do 1 push ups to being able to do 25 push ups in a row with perfect form and going from not being able to do 1pull up to being able to do 7pull ups and got an insane transformation that I would like to send to you I am waiting for a reply on my comment to know where to send it to you Keep it up peace.

Thanks to Chris I've upped my game when it comes to calisthenics. I'm able to do 90 degree holds now for 45 seconds and I'm starting to do handstands to 90 degree holds. Thanks Chris for sharing the knowledge! Much Respect! /cheers from SoCal!

Trying ramadan with a friend (I'm not muslim but strength to yall it's damn hard💪) So I'm fasting + doing workouts and I'm loosing so much fat , getting down to 8-7% bodyfat. *The positive side is I have absolutely no cravings and no need for food wth.* *The negative side (only experienced it today) is that I feel like having goddayumn daggers in my frickin tummy...* You got this guys 💪

Idk if it's just me, but by just doing calisthenics I have been able to lose weight and gain muscle without a care for the amount of calories I take in. By the way, thank you for your workout routines Chris!

Thanks to your fantastic workouts, that I mix monthly, I gained so much strength and muscles, a lot more than in the previous 12 years of body building in the gym!
