You are so amazing!! I finally have someone to look up to! So glad I found you. You are the person I’ve been trying to find for a very looooong time. I knew there was someone like me out there. The logic that’s in all of your videos matches all of the thoughts and logical conclusions I’ve had on PF and bad doctors. It’s honestly so weird how well you get me. Anyways, I’m going to buy your book. I have never been so confident about buying a book after finding you. You are the best “doctor” I have ever seen. It’s disappointing how many people I’ve visited that have provided me improper information.

14yrs I've been dealing with PF. I have also recently been learning a lot from your videos and trying it all. PF sucks the life and soul out of you! I feel it's going to take a very long time to correct for me. I do lawncare and always on my feet. It's very challenging. I feel i can overcome this though. Hard work!

The podiatrist told me I have PF. I feel pain sometimes in the arch, sometimes in the heel and sometimes it's the entire bottom of the feet. Sometimes I have no pain. Usually in the morning is when I feel the best. The massage you recommend on trigger points helps me. Will this book help? Sometimes I'm not sure if I have PT. Thanks!!!! Awesome videos and great info!!!!👍😎

I have sprained my dominant ankle, for the first time, at the age of 55.... totally sucks. I hurt all 3 ligaments on the outside, and hurt the inside too, along with heel pain and pain running up the bottom, also to the ball of my foot... any advice? Or videos?

I gotta say...... It is not for only old ppl or fat ppl. Athletes get it mainly. Along with many other ppl. I had it from 6th grade til college sports. And I'm free of it from a tendon lengthening surgery. I tried the brace, ice, blood protein/ steroid injections, and PT. Sometimes surgery is the best case scenario. No more pain at all!!! If anyone is struggling with this. A small cut and lengthen helped me.....might just help u if uve exhausted all others.

I just read your book after purchasing it in Amazon. Great information. I have had PF for 2 months. Terribly frustrating condition. Went from hiking 6 miles a day to hobbling around. Question for you: I'm 48 years old. Does age factor in to how long it takes to recover? I'm in good shape physically but worry this will take forever to recover from. You are a very intelligent and hard working young man and I thank you for all your research into this horrible condition.

I totally understand. Not fun! And yes the age will delay healing, but diet is a bigger factor (and luckily within your control). Having a diet that is free of processed foods will make a huge difference. Even though there is structural damage to the plantar fascia that needs to be "healed", the larger goal is to stop the degeneration. Usually degeneration occurs from lack of circulation or excessive stress. in the book I refer to degeneration as chronic or bad inflammation. I am glad you got the book! Let me know how everything goes :) You can also email me at pfsurvivalguide@gmail.com, if you have any questions, at any time. Thank you!

+SandraMaryKay Gundersen I remember you mentioning some other pre-existing issues. You may need to fix your health entirely to fix the plantar fasciitis. This can be hard. You may need to quit your job and persist with the treatments. Something is causing your pain to stay around. No matter how much money you spend on treatments, you need to find out what in your environment is causing your pain to persist. If you are not seeing results, there is a reason for that. What is your diet like? How much do you move? If you have any other disorder, you need to focus on fixing it completely.

+SandraMaryKay Gundersen every case of plantar fasciitis is different so giving advice isn't easy. For me I wasn't as good at using the techniques in the book as well I do now especially with getting rid of trigger points due to skill and a lack of consistency. For example I was basically rolling my feel up and down haphazardly where I should have been searching for trigger points in the foot and putting down light pressure until the pain subsided in a systematic way inch by inch. Assuming you still have PF you need to check certain things: do you still have the same trigger points and pain areas, scar tissue, have you done everything possible to minimize trauma to the area (ex. taping)? If certain advice isnt helping you might have to change the way you go about it, experiment with a certain method and try some new things while trying to be safe.

I have this needle poking feeling in the middle part of my foot at times, but I have not quite pin pointed what that is. Is that plantar fasciitis? When I step my food a certain way, I can sometimes trigger that needle-like- stabbing sensation. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
