It is unbelievable that people eat this garbage. It is almost as if they have been brainwashed into believing it is ok for them. My small granddaughters know more about good nutrition than most adults. We went to a school play where snacks were being sold. They forgot their own snacks from home and were hungry. Rather than buying junk food they decided to wait. My 6 year granddaughter asked in the green grapes were organic. They weren't so she didn't buy them. Kids should have parents who feed them in a healthy way. It goes a long way to keeping them healthy when they get older and still refuse junk food. They also do not use store bought toothpaste...

Indeed get back to home gardens if in the city get some family and friends together and get a piece of land. You need to be committed. Fishing hunting but in your local area check for pollution in waterway first. If possible work with those ecosystems building ponds water sources for wildlife keep them free if pollutions. Trees walnut apples others.. nuts seeds circular systems living soil one feeds other feeds other.
