You asked if you can eat Kangaroo. And the answer is YES. As an Australian, I've eaten Kangaroo countless times since my childhood and it is an absolutely beautiful meat to eat. Its also a much healthier meat to eat compared to beef, deer and all the other meat you eat. Its incredibly lean, a little sweet to the taste, to my knowledge contains no cholesterol and has a higher concentration of iron than beef. If you do decide to get a male and breed them, make sure its controlled breeding, otherwise they will multiply like vermin and you'll be left with thousands of them.
