I know it may seem disappointing that the sales of Single MOM lasted past the multiple-bottle patron stage to 1/3 of stock being offered to the entire Tribe.... but it's not just $15 for 50ml... it's hundreds of dollars for most folk to travel for a 50ml bottle... or even two 50ml bottles. texas shipping laws is what hurtcha. I don't like, in any way, peated whiskey, but still I bought two. I'll pick 'em up when I'm there for my Gin (which I also dislike). But please proof down more of that Silly Goose! That was actually superior vodka and I'm sad that I've had to start conserving it. It would be my go-to vodka.... and would buy a special 100-proof run by the case.

Got to let us know what it tastes and smells like 1 month after initial pour. I know you guys disproved it but Testing after that might lower proof some or might amplify/expose smells. In the beer world we call that time it takes things to mix and meld together "conditioning". Might be different in distilling. If you do not condition beers, or I'm guessing whiskey as well, certain flavors shine through very pronounce. For instance, I did a Christmas Ale a few years ago and didn't give myself enough time to condition and it was just waves of flavor instead of one flavor where you could pick out specific flavors. It would come in strong orange followed by cloves followed by allspice then cinnamon, each very distinct and separate. Writing it out, sounds a lot like tasting whiskey but its different, it's not a front end back end thing.
