Isn't there a concern for salt spray from the ocean eating into the cement, the Atlantic ocean is also very aggressive when it comes to coastal erosion. Lots of the European forts that were built in Ghana along the coast no longer exist or are dilapidated ruins today. e.g. Fort Prinzenstein, Keta There is a recent article from Kenya: Roberto Macri built his luxury hotel in the Kenyan coastal village of Kipini, it was about 100m (330ft) away from the beautiful waters of the Indian Ocean. For nearly two decades his business thrived as tourists arrived in droves to enjoy the pristine beach and sunny weather. In 2014 people started to notice a change. The sea level had begun to rise and within five years, the hotel's nine guest cottages had been swallowed by the sea - one after the other.

This is a river - freshwater body, not on the Atlantic
@yo-a4 ай бұрын
They previously said it was a lake. Regardless, erosion can occur due to it being a waterbody and due to the impact of climate change. These are legitimate questions people are asking and all people can say is ‘it’s not the sea’. Ok but it’s still a water body, what next?

Hi everyone, I would like to share something about smart real estate investments, specifically comparing properties in Europe and Shark Island. Currently, in Europe, it’s difficult to find a three-bedroom apartment for less than 400,000 euros, and that’s before adding extra costs like interest and land lease. These additional expenses can push the total to over 700,000 euros. In contrast, on Shark Island, you can purchase a home for just 300,000 euros or dollars. The major advantage? No interest, no land lease, and it's a one-time investment. Additionally, you can rent out the property and recoup your investment within 2-3 years. This is an attractive opportunity for those looking to grow their wealth. Investors and those with real estate experience understand the value of such an investment, as it offers a high and quick return on investment.

How much INTEREST would you accrue from 250.000 to 300.000 dollars annually when invested in an ordinary SAVINGS ACCOUNT IN THE WESTERN COUNTRIES..? ....
