The female variant of the berserker will have different abilities from the male counterpart so it's like having a different version of the same class. It may have the same theme but it won't have the same abilities it'll play a little differently. And they plan on having male and female variants of every class.

Many people misunderstand the issue of gender unlock in this game. A few years ago, there was a mention by the game's director (Gold River) that creating a gender class for men and women in one class is same as making another class. In other words, the time to add a gender unlock class is the same as the time to create another new class. They planned to do gender unlock from the beginning and this is never a cultural difference thing. Anyway, it will be gender unlock for all classes in the future, so you don't have to worry about it. (+In addition, even in the same class, it may take longer to produce because abilities and ultimate skills vary depending on the gender.)
