I dunno much about fighing games, but this guy has optimal distance down to a tee. His reaction timing is god-like. I dunno if this is something fighting fans do, but I'd start investigating hitboxes and collision-detection for all these sprites. That should give you an edge, I suppose. And train the eyes and hands according to those. Just being within striking distance, but just a pixel away from being hit, so when you attack, you always hit. That's what makes it seem like he's got superhuman reaction timing. His just a pixel away from the opponents striking distance- a fart away. Yes you can. Yes, you can! Your brain is nothing but a biological computer. You give it commands, it carries them out. Simples. I'm a shmup player, trust me- that's how we train our eyes and hands. Pixel-distance. But it starts with- and is determined by hitboxes/collision-detection. Im sure Justin know this though. Finally- just like you mastered your favorite sprite... master your most dificult opponent/sprite. That will show you their limitations but most importantly- their advantages over you. You already know what your capable of, and you already know what your sprite is capable of.. at some point it needs to start dawning you- "Bro, wtf am I doing!? I need to know more and the only wayt to do that is to master my nemesis and get into his head!" Many times, we focus on ourselves. "What's wrong with me?", when we should be thinking- "What's he doing that makes it impossible for me? Let me BE him.." Justin.. it's time, bro. Master... Ken! (So you can beat him!) It's been +20 years only doing Chun-Li, but in order to continue beating the opponent with Chun-Li, you need to be someone else.... for a while.

Here is some advice: If Neem is number one on Fightcade 3rd Strike, then he most likely fought hundreds or thousands of Chun-Li matches. At times I think he is going autopilot. The rounds you won, even matches, are from when you did things Justin do and not what "Chun-Li do". Doing non-typical Chun-Li tactics throws him off, also he seems to have a problem with defense. The matches you won were a string of him picking very poorly defenses. Which may mean he is on Autopilot. In short, be aggressive and use non conventional Chun-Li tactics.

He's trully deadly but its form is filled with openings, Justins mistake is that he try and measure the space for the sake of precision and hes just too good for that so Justin loses. The key is to fill the space and create voids but never let him chose the rythm, now with how precise Justin is its just really hard for him to variate his rythm enough to surpass such a deadly opponent.

This is an incredibly interesting session to look at, especially given how strict Neem is here: Notice that we never see a Tatsu outside of the Supers, I am under the impression that it is viewed that it is a bit of a waste to use it at this point in Third Strike's competitive field (though I don't know how long this has been the case, if ever) and the hefty amount of Throws also reminds me very much of the Liu Kang, Mileena, and Scorpion mains that I used to duke out with in Mortal Kombat II via PlayStation Network from 20I0 to 20I3 because of how much they would prevent you from trying to move out of the corner; in many ways, this feels like that one scene in Street Fighter: The Animated Series where Akuma punishes Ken's Heavy Tatsu with a Throw, it is an indicator to me that Neem leaves virtually no room for error and any absolute use of Brute Force Aggression is a big No~No when going up against him, this is a prime example of how well a Tactical player can become and it'll be interesting to see how other playstyles (Minimal Defense, High Special+EX Frequency, Throws Only, Rapid Super Buildup, or even All~Around with Speedrun Dominant traits) will fare up in routing their victory against him.
