Maam, I am 22 Years and my weight is 64kg's I am trying to loose weight and I am also following my diet plan. Skipped Roti, rice, sugar fried items. But still cant lose weight. I started walking and homebase workout. Plz help me how to reduce weight. It have been 10 days but still cant loose any weight.

Can we simply salad without dressing in lunch because I'm doing intermediate fasting can't eat anything else roti salan I just exactly 30 sometimes 40 gram roti lal ata in dinner which is 5:30 if doing 16 hours fasting
