Mine out the box failed to fire on multiple loads of Hornady Critical defense, V-Max and Speed Gold dot. I sent it in for repair and , got the 351PD back from S&W after 41 days. They repaired the yoke, bolt and replaced the firing pin.

Do you think the Smith & Wesson 317 in 22 LR would be as powerful since it has a 3” barrel versus that 1.875” 351?

Picked mine up today I ended up getting a Galco Tuck-n-Go holster to go with it that is built pretty much the same as the DeSantis, good review ........

No need for the holster. Just get a ClipDraw for $25 attached with a Screw amazing and slips IWB like a clip on knife. AmIzng love it.

Only a complete idiot would carry a revolver with a hammer locking device built in for self defense. The mechanism has been known to seize under failure from recoil or from fouling rendering the handgun useless. These are range toys, not self defense weapons. Any company that adds an additional point of failure to their weapon does not care about you or your safety.
