Well, most people joke about how Drew and Danny look the same (even though they look nothing alike apart from being skinny white guys on the internet), I imagine most people were just joking. Still, I'd say while the face looks pretty different, the body type, the face shape, and the neck would give it away. It wouldn't be obvious at first, but people would think something is off, once they do, they'd probably look for other things and end up finding mistakes in the photoshop, giving away the trick. i think I would also change the skin tone, it's weird to see two people with the same skin complection.

*As an expert at pretending to be someone else. Here are some lovely tips.* 1: If you want to show your appearance, try to change it as much as possible, but even when you did that, change it even more. Heck, use the face changer 30 times just to get somewhat of a different look! 2: Also if you want to show your appearance, wear a mask. I cannot stress that enough. Wearing a mask is possibly one of the easiest ways to completely change how you look. I learned that the hard way- 3: Develop your character. What's their name, age, family, any issues, any disorders, any likes/dislikes, any interests, career, where they live, anything that makes them have more depth. 4: Don't immediately go with the character, develop it over time so it can get better and you can notice issues with your character as well. 5: Pretend your them frequently, privately. Try to not act too different, where it seems weird, just be natural but you have something different about you. 6: Do things you dislike as the character! This is something that requires acting much more than the others, but doing things you dislike will sell people a lot more, without either sides realizing it's working. 7: Don't shine a spotlight on your characters whenever you and them are interacting, that's something that's extremely suspicious. In a conversation, don't focus on them, maybe miss their texts/messages a few times. In a photo, they can be in the background, and they can't be the main focus for *every* photo or that'll get messy. 8: Do separate things at the same time. One person can't do these two things, but two people can. There's a chance people might not know you but only your fake person if you do this as well. 9: DON'T MAKE THEM A PERFECT DUO! If you and your fake person where to always get along, constantly defend each other, or constantly be nice to each other, it'd seem unnatural, if not at first, eventually. 10: Have a plan B. If you get caught, there's many plan B's you can make. One of my favorite is that my fake person is quitting social media. And no, I'm not using these fake people to be toxic, or do bad things, I only use them to troll, help out, and usually to just have fun! I like acting, and while I can't do it constantly, this'll work.

The cousin thing was a nice save, BUT... Easier - 1. Mesh your face with another, then mesh that face with another. Reproducible. 2. Hire someone on Fiverr to edit with an NDA. Then you could focus more time on more pictures. Who visits someone in another state, something out of the norm, and posts 2-3 pictures? Or it's literally just the 2 of you? No cake? No party? They don't even have to all be of you. Take pics of the dinner you're eating together, the landscape, the rest of his family or his wife or baby or friends. You wouldn't take a pic with your Aunt? Counterproductive - Same baby face skin, same age, same height & body shape (more weight? More buff?), same bone structure around the eyes (think facial recognition software or pre-plan in the sims), no color variation in the wig makes it look like a wig, recently created account (try registering various names, even if you don't use them for years down the road), clothing still too similar, not making sure photos are consistent? Some are more convincing than others. In a video, you'd need different mannerisms and voice (tone, inflection, cadence). Maybe try doing a bit more research into how actors do these things, rather than trying to wing it and force it.
