I naturally wake up between 4:00-5:00 most days but aim to be in bed by 9:00. The quiet peacefulness of the morning lends itself to accomplishing many tasks. I don’t think they necessarily need to be done in a particular order. If the bed is occupied move quietly to another area and begin your day. I love this video because it reminds me to be present in the moment no matter how routine it is.

Thanks for sharing your thoughts. Everyone’s lives, schedules, and circumstances are different, and the key is to find what works best for you, your spouse and your family. I´m sure you already have figured out the best solution😉. Have a good day.

Yes, I agree. The video is very nice to watch but do live like that, one has to live like a monk. With family it is impossible and even you figured it out, everything changes again and again. Lot of people just give up or end like my (autistic) mother in law who did nothing else than reaping up things somebody else dropped everywhere. I went crazy just looking her doing it.😆
@owninghills6 күн бұрын

Exactly. Monks don't live "in the world" so, as idealistic and lovely as it seems, it's a fantasy for most of us.

@@tamjg Exactly. The great thing about books is that they can help us to broaden our perspective on certain topics. You get to decide for yourself if you want to try something new and see if it’s a good fit for your life. Not everything works for everyone.

Hola.
