As someone who has had a troubled young adulthood that landed me in jail a couple times...i honestly think fine dining and trying to recreate amazing meals helps keep me out of trouble. Been on the straight and narrow for about 6 years now. Got myself a useful degree. Bout to have my first kid. And cooking well has been a good part of all that development ❤.
